The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they upgraded our room for free and greeted us each morning with a smile and great conversation. The breakfast was very good- just what you would expect. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. There were no extras but everything was clean and the room had everything we needed. The location was convenient to the zoo, the art museum and the places we went out to eat and parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

It was in a great location. Theresa was kind and helpful. I could tell she was genuine. I will tell you, every thing was clean and in working condition. Gym and laundry room were a plus. Close to at least 5 restaurants, next door to a gas station, close to shopping, Cincinnati Zoo. Fun fact, it was quiet, and peaceful...

What left a bad taste in my mouth was listening to the Hindu gentlemen behind the desk,(older w/ red in the middle of his forehead), asking if I had left yet and if there were any problems. He mentioned my room #, that's how I knew he was talking about me. Even though I paid for my room IN FULL 3 DAYS BEFORE I ARRIVED, AND PAID FOR INCIDENTALS IN CASH. I quietly sat in the corner listening, but it didn't feel good. Guess I LOOK LIKE someone who causes problems...

Perfectly clean, comfortable everything, small gym, but recumbent bike and treadmill working perfectly. Breakfast was very good and the staff did a wonderful job keeping everything in the dining area well cleaned and food area well stocked.

The neighborhood is a little rundown and lots of traffic making departing the parking lot difficult.

Everything was wonderful. Ms. T. Carter was the Best!! Hotel is clean and the beds are so comfortable. I really enjoyed Happy Hour 🍺..,That was a great welcome.. Was there for CMF and enjoyed the three days there. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay again!! The reviews don’t match the property

The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful; they spoke to us each time we came in, asked my kids about their day, and offered to help my little one get breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

The location could be better. While it's close to a McDonald's and a Kroger, it's also right next to an abandoned gas station, and there are beggars on the corner as soon as it's daylight. (Also do not recommend that McDonald's)

Nice clean spacey rooms with high ceilings, kosher pastry available at breakfast. Friendly, polite stuff ♥️ Good value.

Everything was great. Maybe couple small things could be fixed (like a lamp), but nothing that affected stay.

There was a security line in the hallway on my floor that was beeping to alert others of a battery problem. I informed the staff and it wasn't handled immediately. That makes me worry about safety in the event of an emergency.

The young lady at the desk was very positive and friendly, asking if there was anything we needed and letting us know the time for breakfast.

The man, at the desk when checking out, was not accommodating or friendly at all! I ask him about a receipt; in a I don't want to be bothered attitude, he said "that's it." (What's it?) So, I ask if I'd get an email. He shook his head. If a verbal question is asked, there should be a verbal response, unless you are mute.

It was surrounded by homeless individuals but that is not the hotels fault. We were approached by a few people asking for money. Again nothing to do with the hotels service but if someone's not comfortable with this kind of behavior they should be warned. 😑 hotel itself is well kept and the staff acknowledged us everytime.

Just I had a little issue about the transaction but that was not a big issue it due to my bank account .
