The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they upgraded our room for free and greeted us each morning with a smile and great conversation. The breakfast was very good- just what you would expect. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. There were no extras but everything was clean and the room had everything we needed. The location was convenient to the zoo, the art museum and the places we went out to eat and parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing. The place was no frills but it had everything we needed and was clean with good location and price. Exactly what we needed.

It was in a great location. Theresa was kind and helpful. I could tell she was genuine. I will tell you, every thing was clean and in working condition. Gym and laundry room were a plus. Close to at least 5 restaurants, next door to a gas station, close to shopping, Cincinnati Zoo. Fun fact, it was quiet, and peaceful...

What left a bad taste in my mouth was listening to the Hindu gentlemen behind the desk,(older w/ red in the middle of his forehead), asking if I had left yet and if there were any problems. He mentioned my room #, that's how I knew he was talking about me. Even though I paid for my room IN FULL 3 DAYS BEFORE I ARRIVED, AND PAID FOR INCIDENTALS IN CASH. I quietly sat in the corner listening, but it didn't feel good. Guess I LOOK LIKE someone who causes problems...

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was exceptional. Breakfast was good, except for the eggs (a little cold), but a variety of foods to select from. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk personnel were exceptional!

The only "minuses" were the lighting in the bathroom (not as good as expected for applying makeup), and the hot water in the shower was very warm, but not quite hot.

It was great with had an extra child with us and was able to get a room with a sleeper sofa in the room that was perfect and actually comfortable. Would have been better if there would have been extra blankets, pillows, and sheets in the room.

The smell when you first enter the lobby at check in smelled of mold or sewage, very unpleasant but nice on the second floor it seemed fresh and clean.

Room was clean, breakfast was very good with many items to choose from. Front desk people were very helpful.

Not much around the area to go to. I.e. restaurants, etc. No pool or hot tub to relax in. I thought the rooms had a smoky smell. When we entered the first room it smelled smoky, they moved us and the second room had the same odor.

Perfectly clean, comfortable everything, small gym, but recumbent bike and treadmill working perfectly. Breakfast was very good and the staff did a wonderful job keeping everything in the dining area well cleaned and food area well stocked.

The neighborhood is a little rundown and lots of traffic making departing the parking lot difficult.

Everything was wonderful. Ms. T. Carter was the Best!! Hotel is clean and the beds are so comfortable. I really enjoyed Happy Hour 🍺..,That was a great welcome.. Was there for CMF and enjoyed the three days there. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay again!! The reviews don’t match the property

Nice clean spacey rooms with high ceilings, kosher pastry available at breakfast. Friendly, polite stuff ♥️ Good value.

Everything was great. Maybe couple small things could be fixed (like a lamp), but nothing that affected stay.

The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful; they spoke to us each time we came in, asked my kids about their day, and offered to help my little one get breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

The location could be better. While it's close to a McDonald's and a Kroger, it's also right next to an abandoned gas station, and there are beggars on the corner as soon as it's daylight. (Also do not recommend that McDonald's)

Very clean

Evening staff member wasn't very clear in her words and didn't seem to enjoy answering questions. Apparently she didn't tell us about the window shades. Had to figure those out for ourselves.
