They had an amazing breakfast bar, beautiful roomy room with a wonderful view. The TV had a personalized welcome screen very nice hotel.

I’m not used to having to pay to park in a parking lot for a hotel room I just rented.

I like the location we were close to numerous shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast was pretty much continental but tasted pretty good. The room and hotel was very clean. Customer service was good as well.

I didn’t understand why we had to pay for parking compared to other hotels though, 10 dollars a day was the best deal. Also if they had more vegan friendly options for breakfast I would have been super grateful!

The room was clean and spacious for our big family. Breakfast was great with lots of options! It's a good location between downtown and the zoo, which is what we needed. The hotel is newer, built in January 2024 and the staff were great!

Upon leaving, we realized the truck next to ours got vandalized with a broken passenger window along with multiple other vehicles in the parking lot. If we're paying for parking, we should be paying for protection. There needs to be a gated parking lot. We would not stay here again based solely on this event.

Everything was good, overall. The hotel is quite always from downtown, but a very nice walking path (Wasson Way) is right next door to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel cost was quite high for not being directly downtown and there was an extra charge for parking, which seems overkill. There is a large parking hotel parking lot right there, similar to other suburban hotels.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The lady making and serving the breakfast kept things full and the area cleaned. I noticed she was quick to help a couple of families with lots of kids. The location was great for restaurants and shopping after a trip to the aquarium.

We could’ve used more pool towels.

This was the best Hampton we have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were always at the front desk, we never has to wait for anyone. The breakfast was great and the food staff was very friendly as well. The room was spacious and clean. It is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and location.

Nothing

The hotel has many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short distance from downtown and the fabulous Cincinnati Zoo. Breakfast was so good! We loved the hotel!

Absolutely nothing.

It was very clean! The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The room was spacious. It was pretty close to Xavier and was easy to find. The free breakfast was nice.

Location. Wonderful breakfast.

We were there five days. No housekeeping. Didn’t expect daily service, but could have used someone to swap out a few towels and empty the waste baskets.
