The staff was very polite and helpful! The staff went out of their way to help me, as I had an injured knee. They brought my luggage to the room and even keep my ice packs for my knee in their freezer. Not to mention….the shuttle van driver drove me across the parking lot to a restaurant so I wouldn’t have to walk on my injured knee. The manager over the breakfast asked if I had paid for the breakfast and I replied I was not sure. She immediately said Your meal is on us. Over the years, I have always stayed at the hotel when I am traveling from the Cincinnati airport. I am a customer for life!!

Facilities are clean and well-kept. Was easy to relax and to sleep. TV channels were more than adequate, lotion, shower soap, shampoo & conditioner were of good quality. Overall, it seemed like a well-run facility and exceptional staff. They went above and beyond my expectations. I walk with a cane and am prone to falling. The front desk manager and staff were so very helpful. That morning Brian met me at my room promptly at 4:45 a.m., he escorted me to the main lobby, helped with my bags, loaded them on the shuttle and, then he even carried my bags into the airport (Delta ticket counter). I am so grateful to Brian, to the shuttle driver who gave him the time to further escort me to the ticket counter, and to the front office manager and staff who facilitated that service and to Brian who was amazing and a life-saver! Thank you, Hilton Cincinnati Airport!

How quiet it was.

The ice bucket had trash in it and no plastic inserts. I took a shower and I have really long hair and the creme rinse was completely empty. Thank god I did bring detangler with me because my comb would not go through my hair. I called the front desk the next day and they filled it immediately.

Very nice and upscale, enjoyed my stay.

Overpriced, and some confusion at check in and breakfast. Was embarrassing at breakfast. Difference between breakfast and complimentary breakfasts need be more blatantly explained i guess.

Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Close to airport and walking distance to several resturants. The room was very very quiet.

No microwave in the room

Flew in late to Cincinnati Airport, had a bit of trouble finding the pick up spot at the airport, no fault of the hotel. Called the hotel they gave us great directions, and sent a shuttle to pick us up. Really nice staff particularly when it was late at nite. I'd stay here again.

It's clean. It's convenient. It's centrally-located for easy interstate access, plenty of food options, and medical care just across the street. All in all, it's going to be difficult to find a better option.

As good as the in-house restaurant is, the prices hit even harder than expected. The good news is that the menu is small but diverse, the meals are prepared fresh, and the bar is stocked to allow the numbing of nerves before the bill is presented.

I was confused about the breakfast voucher but ot got figured out and everything was good.

housekeeping tried to enter our room early. don’t know if she thought it was vacant but it woke us before our scheduled wake time.

The shuttle from the airport to hotel was ontime. The room was clean and modern. It was much larger than I had anticipated, too! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Even though we arrived very late to the hotel, the staff was very welcoming. Had a great nights rest!

The bathroom was small. The toilet need a little help with the handle to properly flush and the bathroom door barely closed with the toilet in the middle of the room. The hotel charged my credit card $15 more than what was promised by Booking.com. Hopefully I will be receiving a credit soon.
