The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as you came into the lobby. The hotel was brand new with all modern designs. The breakfast was great, and they had a fancy coffee dispenser that grinded the coffee beans and then brews it for a fresh cup of coffee every time!! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft!! Best Holiday Inn Express we've ever been to!

It was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great! the breakfast was wonderful. being able to do our laundry since we were there four nights was very helpful. we really enjoyed our stay. our room was very comfortable, with plenty of room and plenty of hot water for our showers. we really like that everything was clean and taken well care of. it was very easy to check in and to check out.

The hotel was very clean, it smelled great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was so nice, modern and comfortable. The beds were great. The shower oh my! The pressure of the water was perfect. Breakfast was very good and complete. We love it!

I couldn’t set the AC and the pool was a little bit cold.

It was clean, the room was very nice, the bed was good, the shower was ok (could use a little more pressure). I enjoyed watching the planes come in. I would stay again.

Needs more light. We wanted to read some books (several, so we needed to use the floor) just bought from our day trip but the lighting was on the walls and not in the middle of the room.

It was close to the airport, nice pool, clean, comfortable beds

They made a mistake which put two holds on my credit card for the room- and it stayed their for almost a week- also our first room wouldn’t open and we had to go up and down the elevator a few times to get it fixed

Unfortunately breakfast isnt until 6 so it would’ve been nice to have something warm before heading to the airport being that I’m pregnant. May be a self-serve center. where even hot water and oatmeal or even a toaster oven with bagel or baked goods is accessible.

The shuttle returning to the airport in the morning the car could’ve been warmed up since I had made arrangements at check in. with courtesy for ppl like myself traveling alone with heavy luggage pregnant or maybe even elderly. No heat was turned on and it was a 12 minute ride. The shuttle driver that brought me was courteous and kind. But the one that took me back to the airport in the morning just was a bit oblivious to general courtesy.

The location is perfect! All was clean and well kept!

The breakfast was sub par. Gravy was old and biscuits hard. Bagels were stale. For the price I paid for both nights the food should have been better.

New hotel, nice, clean, bright, with friendly staff. Right next to major shopping center (Super-Walmart) within 1 minute walk. Other centers available with 5 to 10 min walks. Several fast food joints and two restaurants within walking proximity. On-call hotel shuttle service to and from CVG is good. Breakfast was above average with warm sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Has indoor pool, but I didn't use it.

Really nothing negative. Everything was up to par.

We had the suite with the couch we needed the couch turned in a bed we ask for some blankets They helped us out right away few minutes later we had everything we needed thank for the wonderful staff

Pool was small, but nice. Room was clean and had outlets near the bed. Breakfast had nice variety and was well stocked.

Room may have been a bit overpriced, but the breakfast helped make up for it somewhat.
