Perfectly clean! I get nervous about bugs and dirt at hotels when booking online. I had a couple bad experiences when not seeing the hotel in person first. This hotel was great! Just as clean as advertised and the room was spacious and comfortable!

I thought the breakfast was more than adequate. I liked having choices, such as a hot food bar, cereal and toast, and waffles. The indoor pool was 5ft on one end and 3 ft on the other. There was a private bathroom and an open shower right in the pool area. The pool temperature was exactly right. Even though this hotel was near the airport, the sound was muted so much that we barely noticed. We enjoyed almost everything!

During my 5 nights stay, there was only ever one fresh fruit, red apples, which I don't care for. The only bothersome part of the breakfast experience was the size and shape of the food service area. The "U" shape of the counters made access to the juice and refrigerator difficult whenever the waffle irons were in use (and they were always in use). Also, I suggest that at least twice a week there be a different breakfast meat. Overall a pretty good experience!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy to get to. The room was very clean, the shower was great...water was hot, water pressure was perfect. The bed was comfy...our only complaint was the weird blanket sheet thingy...I would recommend an actual soft blanket or two. The entire hotel was clean and quiet, tastefully decorated. The morning breakfast was awesome and gave us a nice variety to choose from. The eggs and sausage were hot and delicious. One suggestion...please add bananas! The eating area was kept clean by a very hard working young lady. We did have a leak around the heating/air conditioning unit, where rain came in and the carpet got wet...but we were there on a very rainy and stormy weekend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others

Traveled with my spouse and sister. Room was very spacious (we were assigned to an "accessible" room). Room appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. At checkout we had trouble securing a luggage cart. A staff member (an engineer who's name escapes me) went out of his way and worked very diligently to help locate one. Breakfast was good.

Although there were two queen beds to accommodate 4 people there was only one chair! It has been my experience that most double queen hotel rooms have at least two. And although we didn't need it there was a special signalling device outside the door to alert hearing impaired occupants of someone at the door. Not sure if it works; I could not get it to do anything. Perhaps I was missing something.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection of hot and cold options. Even fresh waffles. The hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff we encountered was friendly. My grandson really enjoyed the pool.

The mattress was a bit too firm for me. I felt the pool could have been spruced up a bit, fresh paint etc. There was a bit of noise from the parking lot in the evening but we are early to bed so that probably wouldn't bother most guests. I also wish there had been a hairdryer. That is my fault for not checking!

I loved staying at the Comfort Suites and would definitely return. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and well appointed. Very comfy beds. Breakfast had enough choice and free coffee and iced water were available all day. Pool felt like a private pool. Everything was clean. I felt so relaxed staying here and hope to stay again when next in the area. Convenient for the airport. You can hear the odd plane but it isn’t disturbing.

The staff was so friendly. Probably the best staff friendliness and attitude that I have encountered for a while, even at much more expensive hotels.

The sheets looked clean, but the comforter had some kind of smudges on it that I was able to wipe off with a tissue so clearly it wasn’t laundered. But the sheets looked freshly laundered. Also I would love to see some vegan options like oat milk at breakfast. But overall a good value for the stay

This hotel is very accommodating to travelers with mobility issues. The room I requested was well equipped for safety. The location is convenient to the airport, the mall, and not far from Cincinnati. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only suggestion I have is to add a little variety to the breakfast, for people who stay several night. Add a different fruit, or a different pastry, or change the bacon to sausage, etc.

How clean it was and smelled . I enjoyed the pool wish it was just a-little warmer . Location was good 6 min to our friends house . It was a good experience. The breakfast bar was good it needs to have different options like May be sausage biscuits and cartons of milk or May be some slice ham. Just a thought . I loved the big patio also .

only complaint i have is to maybe have something different for breakfast from day to day. had the exact same thing both days
