Clean and comfortable. Rosa was amazing and very accommodating at our checkout! The location is perfect where it’s walking distance to restaurants and also a short drive to many others. The suite was so comfy and roomy. The breakfast was hot and yummy - the biscuits and gravy were perfect!

Was a little disappointed with the cheese omelet (seemed overcooked or the cheese was missing?). The pool is also a little on the small side - when we were by ourselves it was fine, but even two other people in there made it very loud (and when we were joined by a family who liked to splash and jump around and it got us every time, we were quick to leave).

Pet friendly, although the $75 fee seemed excessive, but the room assignment on first floor near accessible entry/exit was perfect for walking the dog in the designated area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a studio with large desk and sitting area, kitchenette and a great complimentary breakfast. Situated near interstate highways, was perfect for heading south without having to enter Cincinnati proper.

The noise of the people above (dance party? Moving furniture? kids?) was very annoying especially on near 11 pm, but a quick mention to the front desk staff and it did stop after that.

House keeping! We stayed 3 nights. 1st full day we did not ask for house keeping and they partially cleaned the room. Changed out bathroom towels and room trash. Half made up one bed. I figured it they realized they were in the wrong room cause it was only one night so far and left. Strange. I ask for house keeping the next night and they did the same thing!!!! Only half way made up one bed, left the top cover on the floor and swapped out towels and trash. I notified the front desk and they were shocked and gave me a discount on my rate. Photo is the 2nd night when we arrived back to the room. Far bed is partially made.

As soon as we walked into hotel it smelled so good and everything was like new. Easy checkin and checkout and checkout was later than most hotels , it was 12:00. Room was very big around 475 square feet. Everything looked new , it had small kitchen with a regular refrigerator. It had sofa bed, computer desk with chair, 2 queen beds, ottoman, 2 dresser’s and each had 3 drawers and 3 big shelves. Had a big shelf across a wall to put your stuff on also . Had a closet to hang clothes on and put suitcases in. We had daily room cleaning which included: made are beds, put clean towels out , took out our garbage. Only thing I didn’t like was the sliding barn door going into bathroom. It had cracks where someone in room could see whoever was in bathroom when passing by . The kids loved the heated pool , it was kind of small but the water was warm. Employees were nice and helpful. I wish breakfast lasted a little later . It was from 6-9 am . It had waffles, toast, boiled eggs, omelets, cereal, bananas, muffins, bagels, gravy with biscuits, yogurt,grits , toppings like jelly, nuts, chocolate chips, nuts, peanut butter , etc, and a few other items . Had milk, orange juice, apple juice and another juice. Had coffee, water and hot chocolate out all day . Had workout room and washers and dryers for people to use . I think they were around $2 and dryer had timer for a hour to use it. Had food and drink items to buy beside front desk. Had a lot of places to eat at nearby and also Walmart and Target nearby. Lots of eating and shopping places nearby . Took around 25 minutes to get to Cincinnati Zoo.

Didn’t like sliding barn door on bathroom and wished breakfast lasted until til 10, it was from 6-9.

We met some friends here as a middle point between the creation museum and Ark encounter. It was the perfect middle spot between the 2 of them. We had such a nice visit. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We were a larger group with lots of kids and the hotel staff was so friendly and kind to us all. The lobby offers lots of places to sit and play games and they even have games available for you if you forget some. Room had a lot of space and I especially enjoyed all the drawers for clothes and wall shelves for the food. It helped keep the room tidy and organized. Room service came in every day and replaced our towels, vacuumed the floors, took the trash out and made our beds. It was much appreciated! Our stay didn’t disappoint at all and we would definitely come back if we were ever in the area again. For the breakfast reviews. They did swap out some items so it wasn’t the same things being offered each morning. That being said, there was plenty to choose from. I didn’t have to make it or clean up after it and it’s more than my kids get offered at home so no complaints here on the breakfast.

The pool isn’t heated so it was a little chilly. Not cold enough to keep the kids out of it though. So it’s not a deal breaker for us.

First impressions are priceless. We were welcomed by kind, thoughtful staff. Rose and Jodi, I believe are their names. They made us feel like VIP’s.! We really appreciated all the information they shared. We loved our room! And because I’m asthmatic, we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and halls.

I noticed that the outdoor cushions by the fire pit could use a little love.

Spacious room! Excellent breakfast. Super clean! Large, clean refrig with freezer! It was nice having the kitchen sink as a second sink with 4 of us sharing the room. Kids loved the pool and there were plenty of towels at the pool.

The "barn door" bathroom door. If I had been there just with my husband, it would have been OK. But with extended family, the barn door did NOT provide privacy. I know it is trendy decor now, but not at all practical for a bathroom, for various reasons.

We loved our stay! Staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and my kiddos loved the pool. We were only there one evening but will be booking Hilton2 Suites again. Thank you!

Our only teeny tiny complaint would be the bathroom doors. The doors were sliding barn door style and we didn’t feel like we had the privacy that we would fully want with the huge gaps in the door frame.

The rooms are always spacious and comfy. The breakfast is great and the check in and out is always easy. Friendly staff. It's a great place to stay with family.

The room smelled like stale smoke but really that's the only complaint. It was very clean other than that. It had everything we needed but it's just a bummer when everything smells like smoke when leaving. Might have just been that room.

The location was perfect for our trip to the Ark, Creation Museum, and Newport. The property was clean and I enjoyed the free coffee 24/7. The room was large enough for our family of 6 to fit comfortably. I loved the large fridge and fully stocked kitchen, that saved us some money on food. The room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear hallway noise unless we were right next to the door, the slow close doors were amazing!

Though the hallway noise was minimal and you couldn’t hear doors slamming, we could hear the person above us, it sounded like they were running laps/stomping and it lasted for hours. Also, the pool was unavailable the first night we were there and was not heated so it was quite chilly.
