The location of the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, attractions and the Greater Cincinnati International airport. The facility is clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an early flight and didn't utilize the free breakfast but from what I seen it looked very good and offered a wide variety of breakfast options.

The pull out bed and the room chair had a lot of food crumbs in them. Maybe the maid missed them but it wasn't hard to miss. The rest of the room and the facility was clean.

The bed is super comfortable. When we asked for more of anything, pillows, wash cloths trash bags extra we were given what was needed no questions asked. The staff was amazing for cleaning, breakfast and maintenance. I even used the laundry services and found an employee cleaning the washing machines with a toothbrush! It was cleaner than mine at home.

They no longer have social hour. I booked this specifically loving the social hour. I booked it 6 plus months ago and their policy has changed.

The front staff was very accommodating with our early arrival. The first impression was great. The front staff was very professional and inviting. The hotel was well manicured on the exterior. The interior of the hotel was modern, smelled great, and the breakfast bar was fully stocked and clean. The breakfast bar staff took pride in what they did. They were constantly cleaning and refilling. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and stocked with necessities. The temperature we set the room at stayed that way, and it made our rest so much more comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I was told they have several other properties. I will definitely book again with them and their partner hotels!

This is our second stay at this property and we'll probably come back any time we're in town to visit family. I appreciated they are pet-friendly. The suites are a great size, big enough for us, our dog, and our baby's crib - still plenty of space to move around. Make sure to check your kitchen for anything that might be missing, it comes with a lot of stuff but they can provide more utensils if needed. The breakfast has enough options to have different things every day and their outdoor area is really cool! The area has a lot of restaurants!

Parking can get busy. The king-size bedroom was much smaller than the double bed one, would not recommend it. Traffic around that area can get bad! Airport noise can get loud depending which room you get.

The location

The price, the website indicates a Happy Hour but Monday evening when looking for the location the clerk advised it was not at this location. We were not told the room doesn’t provide housekeeping on a daily basis, I was only told when I asked. We arrived back to the hotel after dinner, 10:00pm and the rear sliding door was wide open. I told the clerk this was unsafe since anyone could walk in and she advised the door always does this there’s nothing that could be done. This was definitely a safety issue for the guests

Front desk workers were very friendly. The hotel was clean, and the housekeeper that came in and cleaned my room when I requested a daily clean, she was amazing . All the other housekeepers were great also.

breakfast bar can maybe have bacon on it or different sausage, but overall, the breakfast was good, and staff did a great job making sure the food was out. This comment is not a sad face. I don't know why keep putting a sad face on this comment.

The property is newer and everything is updated and clean. The pool was nice and there was a wonderful sitting area outside. The rooms had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The was plenty of options for food and/or shopping close to hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t stay for the free breakfast but we checked it out and it looked like a nice spread. We would absolutely stay here again!

There was nothing about the property that I didn’t like.

Variety

There needed to be a vinyl type according style door that divides the entrance going into the sink and closet to give little more privacy and not disturb other family members , there were some cobwebs hanging in air above sink . There was not enough t ventilation in bathroom this is coming from a retired building contractor . Ref was good , pillows were great and plenty of them , I could not pick things but I’m also very practical Overall 8.5 -9 David Thomas

Clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette is nice. Quiet.

We left a blue shaving bag there. We stayed once when we landed in Cincinnati and then went back and stayed again before we caught our plane back to Phoenix. In the meantime, we left the shaving bag on the first trip and hoped to pick it up on the second trip, but no one could locate it. That made me feel a little uneasy. I’m hoping that it surfaces. It should be easily tracked back to whoever cleaned that room on the date that we were first there - Sept 22nd.

I did not get a chance to eat breakfast in the Hotel because we were enjoying the kitchenette to make our own breakfast. It's great to have a kitchenette. There is more room so you don't feel overwhelmed with clutter or every ones suitcases and clothes.

I really can't think of anything we did not like. It would be nice to if you have a hot tub.
