I can always depend on Hampton Inn to be a good place to stay. I have stayed at several and tend to check them first when traveling. I have stayed here before and was well pleased.

The room wasn't serviced daily as I expected. If there is a different policy for longer stays, I wasn't informed. Sometimes they would pick up the garbage, leave towels, but not make the beds. Breakfast was pretty good, but eggs of any sort that have to be on a serving line are usually bad. I think the scrambled eggs were powdered... but the biscuits and gravy were amazing!

Fantastic breakfast with different hot options daily. Big, clean lounge and eating area too. In room,Nice upgraded bathroom stocked with amenities. Front desk staff was super. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. 24 hour coffee and tea and great selection of snacks to buy in lobby. Hotel was clean everywhere. Housekeeping did a good job with our room.

Hospital across the street - heard ambulance sirens overnight. Surprised that nearby airport was not a problem though. Bed was a little firm. Bathroom door was pretty hard to slide.

Great location, wonderful staff, great breakfast options. Our toilet stopped working on our 2nd night, when we notified the front desk they sent maintenance up right away to see if it could be resolved. Since it couldn’t be fixed they switched us to another room immediately. We really appreciated the quick resolution especially since the issue was out of their control.

Breakfast was just ok. The warm food was not super hot, however there was a very nice variety of cereals, fruits and yogurts. They also had muffins and pastries. I had a muffin and it was good.

The potatoes needed to cook longer, bacon was not done and eggs were fake. The waffles were also cold. I feel like they did the best they could with the equipment they have to work with.

Check in was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable people at front desk. Gentleman named Matt and a female, I didn't catch her name. Both very friendly.

Tv seem to not work properly, may have had to do the rain. Lobby doesn't seemed to be a place you could sit and relax. Mostly seems to be set up for the breakfast. Lobby should be more inviting to relax , read etc.

Breakfast fine. We missed an alarm clock in room. Also, door from bathroom was entered from wrong way. That was very inconvenient. There was a lot of noise in hallways, from kids mostly. Having a microwave in room would be nice.

Putting the sports team on another floor would help. Those boys were very noisy. Having bathroom door open to entrance rather than to bedroom would help.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. I’m not happy bookings.com my wife couldn’t go with me because she was sick. Had to return home 3 days earlier than expected. I ask motel for refund they said bookings had to do that. Sent e mail asking for refund and got no response. Not likely to use bookings.com again. Could not find a phone number to call booking.

Convenient and clean

Nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the needs of my handicapped mother.

The property was nice but not happy at all with booking.com. I was lead to believe that I would be in a handicap room with a wheelchair accessible shower. The room wasn’t even handicapped! This is very very important so I will no longer use booking.com because we must, MUST, have handicapped and booking.com lies just to get us booked. I was so disappointed!

The staff was great the breakfast was a little different every day it was a good stay

They were having a little bit of a venting problem and it smelled like a sewer in the hallway on my floor that they were aware of and fixing the problem

Breakfast was great! There were different options every morning. I really loved the snack bar option as well. I bought several snacks and drinks from the snack bar in the evening. Location was perfect and close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable.

I understand barn doors are in style right now, but I really don’t understand putting a barn door on the bathroom. Especially a barn door without a lock or a way to keep it shut. Every time someone was in the bathroom, the barn door would eventually slide the whole way open. It never stayed shut no matter what we tried.
