Pretty convenient to the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean

Located across from the pool the humidity in the room was very high making it a bit uncomfortable. You could smell the pool chemicals. The provided breakfast did not offer any healthy options. The little bit of fruit looked old. There were no whole grain sugar free items. For those preferring a les healthy breakfast, there were eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and muffins. This hotel does not offer an airport shuttle (this was made clear on booking)

The hot tub was the highlight of our stay as it was perfect for the end of night when you have been walking around attractions all day (open until midnight). Staff were very friendly and the place was pretty clean. Beds and pillows were super comfy and my friend and I got great sleep every night. There was an issue with an unexpected charge but Chris explained it and everything was good to go. I recommend you stay here if you're in the area, perfect distance to Creation Museum, Ark Encounter and Newport Aquarium. Bonus to vacation is there was a beautiful Church called Crossroads that was less than 10 minutes away, we were able to attend. God Bless all of you who read this and safe travels

We loved the friendly staff and the modern amenities including a white noise machine in the room(which was necessary due to thin hallway walls)

The hallway noise was evident with kids running and screaming up and down the halls until close to midnight during our first night. The windows in the room were able to be opened for fresh air, but there are no screens, so we could not utilize that feature. The flow setup for the complimentary breakfast was very congested, so both mornings we ended up skipping and going to the Cracker Barrel down the street instead. Also we had requested recommendations for local non-chain restaurants so we could give our patronage to the small businesses in the area when we arrived, despite an email saying that could be accommodated, that request went unfulfilled unfortunately.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Mason, the front desk clerk, went over and above in his efforts to make sure we had a pleasant stay. He really helped make our experience at the hotel more enjoyable.

This is not a criticism of this hotel only, but lately many hotels do not seem to give guidance as to what channels are available on the TV and how to navigate to the "guide" on the TV. This was one of 4 hotels we have stayed in during the last 6 months that when I turned on the TV came on, it had a "no input" warning. We had to get additional help from the front desk to get this corrected.

Chris at the front desk was simply amazing! We were truly blessed by him. 💕 The ability to open the window and get some fresh air was a true bonus! Breakfast was a good selection. Loved coffee and hot chocolate available anytime. The pool and gym hours were very accommodating. Safe luggage storage.

The pool looked dirty. A quick resurfacing could brighten it up. The hot water from the shower came out super hot- almost scolding. A line or warning would be helpful to families with young children.

Complimentary hot drinks and ice water were available 24 hours. Nice breakfast provided in the morning. Room was clean. The pool and hot tub area was a nice area to relax during our one night stay.

The flooring in the pool area is exceptionally slippery and we witnessed several people slip while there. It is not a suitable flooring for a pool surround. The tiles are smooth and when wet are just like a sheet of ice. Be careful!

We've stayed at several LaQuinta over the years and this place is the absolute best ever!!! We'll definitely stay with you again. Spacious and comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Great area for the dog. Wonderful breakfast! Pool for the grandkids! Great staff! Cheerful, helpful, and ready to accommodate any potential needs. We can't say enough good things! We'll definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family!

I stayed at the La Quinta for three nights. The manager and staff are wonderful. The housekeeping staff are wonderful. The breakfast is very good, although I wish it had a few more items to choose from. I usually always stay here when I visit my family in Florence Kentucky. They are always smiling and welcoming when I check in and even, when I check out they are always polite. I have never had a bad experience with my room. It is always clean and in good condition with clean towels and the housekeeping staff are always very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is very good, it is close to restaurants and shopping and right near the interstate for convenient traveling .

I always travel with my dog, so I am outside a lot while letting her do her business. I did notice that the outside grounds needed to be maintained a little better. There was trash that was laying around on the ground when I checked into the hotel, and it was still there when I checked out, three days later. Also, I think the front entry columns and front entry area could use a good scrubbing. There were a lot of cigarette butts laying around near the entry and the parking lot. It is unfortunate that people discard their trash in such a manner and I know everything cannot be always spotless, but I think the hotel maintenance staff should be aware and try to do better at keeping the outside grounds a little cleaner.

Our room was fantastic! It looked as though it had been recently updated. The shower had sliding glass doors instead of a curtain, and I couldn't have been happier! The sink was out in the room instead of with the toilet and shower, and I liked that too. There was a sound machine in the room that I thought was an excellent addition! There was a switch next to the bed to turn on/off the main entrance light, so that was convenient.The free breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles were available for a hot breakfast, and muffins and cereal were available if you preferred cold. I didn't get an opportunity to check out the pool or exercise room, but I would imagine those were great as well since the hotel is well taken care of.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, exercise room, and laundry facilities were nice bonuses and great value for the price paid for the room. The location was also good for us.

The room didn't have instructions about the tv channels and we needed staff to help us. Our group had two rooms and that was the case in both. Front desk staff was exceptional except for one who refused to give directions. We were told to use gps to find the nearest gas station.
