Love this hotel. Staff, location, cleanliness. Everything about it.

That I used booking.com to book it. They are a disgusting company with trash customer service. A greedy unethical site. Will never use them aga. Remember when you book and it states No REFUND and god for bid a natural disaster happens like deva stating hurricanes and tornadoes and you loose everything you have. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU and will make you feel like HELL.THERE ARE LAWS in place when disasters happen they will get SUED!

Love how comfy the whole hotel vibe is. You can hang out in the lounge area and play games. Or go swimming in the clear water cool temp pool. Or hang out in your room on a comfy couch and people/horse watch our at the horse park. Or watch a movie. We stayed in a kind size room, bed was comfy, TV was huge, couch was comfy, big bathroom with an amazing shower. Loved the hot breakfast as well! 10/10!!

If I were to stay longer, just missing the dresser. I always over pack so I would have needed more drawers. Not sure if that was an option. Love this hotel!

Very new and modern. Surprised by the sizeable refrigerator and kitchenette (even a dishwasher!). Would have preferred disposable cups (couple of the coffee mugs were questionable). If I was staying more than 1 night, I would have run everything through the dishwasher before using.

Our flight the next morning was very early, so we missed breakfast. I suppose it would have been nice to have SOMETHING in the breakfast area (e.g., breakfast bars) to go with the coffee in the room. Vinyl floors makes for loud ceiling noses with upstairs guests clomping around :( Also, parking spaces were limited in front of the hotel.

My family and I loved our 3 night stay. The entire facility was clean, staff helpful and friendly, good breakfast variety for all, great pool, and the location close to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

One suggestion: More bathroom towel bars to hang wet towels. A room that holds 4 adults needs more than 1 small towel hook.

Hotel is always very clean and comfortable. We love having the kitchen in our room to be able to keep food and drinks in the room. Location is very great. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I wish the parking lot was a little bigger. If you come back late at night, it makes it hard to find a parking spot. Especially a handicap spot.

Little further from the airport, but definitely worth it. Very spacious, modern, and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Full kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, stovetop and all silverware/dishes, which would be great for an extended stay. I like how the TV has your name on it, makes you feel special. I loved that I could lounge on the couch and relax, the couch was very comfortable.

I couldn't get the wifi to work on the TV for my personal firestick so I had to hotspot it. That was a minor inconvenience. I could hear people in rooms next to me (or above me?) Banging around. It also smelled like weed for about an hour around 10pm which was annoying because I was trying to go to sleep.

The staff was fantastic. We had a late check in, and it was smooth as butter. The room was just a minimum handicap room. We could not believe how nice and clean and comfortable it was. We actually were on our way to a lodge in TN, and we said a few times how much we wished our lodge was as nice as the hotel!

The room have every accommodation you can image. The room itself is not very large but it is set up to feel like a suite. The bathroom is massive. The breakfast was a really nice bonus!

Vending machines are preferable for myself but it's not a deal breaker.

The rooms were nice, clean everyone was very friendly. Loved the lobby and games very family friendly place. Would recommend the hotel to everyone. The pool is a little small but the kids liked it. Excellent breakfast, great coffee too.

Can't say I didn't like anything.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The room was very large, comfortable, and extremely clean. I enjoyed the convenience of the large size fridge and dishwasher. At the buffet, the main dish selection was small ( egg with 2 choices of meat) but still good.
