When I got to my room I noticed water on the bathroom floor. They sent the maintenance man to checked and discovered there was a leak in the room above mine. They moved me to a bigger and nicer room which i appreciated. The staff was courteous and efficient. The breakfast was very good too.

They need to chalk around their bath tubs where the new back splashes were installed. They is black (could be mold) around parts of the spaces. this was in both room that I was in. This made the bath tub not too inviting to use. Also the main coffee machine was not working the day that I was there so we did not have a choice of coffee although they did provide a decanter of coffee.

I had the handicapped room on the 3rd floor. Omg it's actually for handicapped people. For once I could bathe and shower and do it by myself. My daughter and I stay in a ton of motels. But this one was so very nice bars and a seat where I actually needed it and could use them.

People need to stop taking the remotes. We got in our room only to find ours was gone. They sent a guy up and he was great and got it working. I feel bad to bother people but when I have to I always dread a bad mood. But he was great

Breakfast, they were out of milk, waffle mix and juice. Didn't seem to be well maintained in the sense of topping it up when things were empty had to ask staff for milk which they got but didn't check all the other things that needed replenishing

The booking site overbooked the type of room I reserved but the gentleman working the front desk was super nice & offered to upgrade me to the nicest room they had available. The hotel had been renovated/updated recently. My upgraded room had fresh paint, new floors, new bedding, new smart TV, new fixtures, new fridge, & a brand new amazing mattress. Food was pretty good for Continental to.

It was clean

The first room was on the first floor. There was a mouse in the room and two roaches. After it was addressed by the manager, the problem was resolved and we were switched rooms to the second floor. Problem solved !

Both the staff and the hotel were really nice and clean. The bathroom could off been a little cleaner in places. But on the whole it was a great stay. We had a tea and coffee maker which is what us English needs after a lot of travelling and not forgetting a really comfortable stay. Oh yes and the washing machines were brilliant. We have only seen them in the American films. But the detergent that the hotel had to wash our clothes with came out brilliant.

I wasn't to keen on being on the ground floor because we had children peering in through our hotel window. Although the children were just playing and they were not any bother. They were just being children and were not too noisy. However, the floor above our room someone was running up and down and really thumping across the celling We figured that it might have been a child. Again It was a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and even managed to have a conversation with them. They seem to work hard. All round great hotel and location.

The room was comfy but the breakfast sucks and we saw roaches by the food!

Management and staff is amazing here. The rooms are modern and sleek.

The showers are a bit outdated. Breakfast could be a bit better but it's good enough.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Hotel was clean, decent value, and walkable to restaurants/shops
