Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay for the night. When we called, the attendant came right over to pick us up on the shuttle bus. They also transported us at 5:00 in the morning to catch our rescheduled flight. We were starving when we arrived and they had chocolate chip cookies for us! The room was on the first floor & close to the front door, which made it easier for my husband who cannot walk well. The room was very clean.

My husband couldn't take a shower because there was nothing to hold onto to get in and out of the tub. I guess we needed to request a handicapped room.

I can tell this hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness. Unable to access the breakfast due to early flight. Was offered muffins and yogurt for next day and evening shift said they would bring to the room and never did. Beds were comfortable.

The keys to our room were not programmed. It took them 10 to 15 minutes to go get them programmed. Once the younger one tried it she noticed our door did not close all the way. She did not offer to say it needed fixes. We had brought safety thing that slid under door to make it secure that made alarm if someone tried to open it. The evening shift who signed us to park at hotel for airport did not communicate whatsoever with third shift guy who was our transport to airport, he was able to get us to airport and we appreciate him. I as customer thought evening shift needs to produce a report in a written communication to him cause that could cause negative customer experience if we wouldn’t made our flight to Tampa for my wife’s school.

I stayed here for two days while waiting for my flight, and it was perfect. The location is near the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service to get you there. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of American options like eggs, waffles, oatmeal and even sausage gravy! They provide coffee, tea, ice water and cookies at the front desk throughout the day. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast cook is amazing and cute —she even shared the sausage recipe with me! They also have treadmills for running.

Some people leave the elevator wet after coming from the swimming pool.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice choice of hot and cold food choices, the sausage gravy is the best I've ever had at a hotel breakfast bar.

Booking.com didn't let the property know I would be paying on site so my credit card that I used to book the room was charged before I ever checked in. Just putting this out here as an fyi in case some might use a debit card for the room but don't want the money withdrawn from their bank account and not be expecting it which could lead to overdraft fees.

The woman working in the reception called Ciara, was super friendly and very helpful. The other staff was also polite and kind. The breakfast was not the best but it was ok. No restaurant in the hotel unfortunately. Rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The staff was very kind and offered a shuttle from and to the airport which was very helpful! There is not much around the hotel but that is to be accepted when its very close to the airport. We would think the airplane noises would bother us but it didn't.

Breakfast could have been better. The only meat served for breakfast was pork.

I like the location to the airport. I come to Cincinnati several times a year to fly out of town. I stay overnight because my flight is early in the morning. This hotel is perfect for me. I'm close to the airport, great accommodations, I can leave my car there while I'm gone for a small fee and have a shuttle to take me and pick me up at the hotel, and the staff do a wonderful job.

I appreciate being able to park my car there but those that stay there are being charged a fee. I think those that stay there should get to stay, either free or at a smaller charge, and those that just come on the property to park charge them more.

The environment was warm, employees were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and personable, the rooms were clean (even behind dressers and under beds) and the continental breakfast was not just a great way to start the day, but an amazing opportunity to meet and speak to the other 'Road Warriors'.

The coffee. The coffee pot in the room was useless. It used tea-bag style coffee instead of pods or grounds, so once the 2 little bitty regular cups and 2 little bitty decaf cups were made, there was no chance to make any other coffee in the room, even if you had brought your own coffee with you.... and the coffee available 24 /7 in the lobby? They had coffee there, it was just always old and cold and undrinkable. When you live on coffee like I do, not having it available [when your supposed to], is a big deal and/or a deal breaker.

Breakfast was great! Staff worked hard to satisfy demand for bacon as it was very good. 6 year old would have liked donut, would only eat little of his favorite cinn. Cereal. Selection I found exceptional, much more & better than expected.

Was milk carton on floor in corner of room, saw when entered and opened curtain which had to make me wonder about cleanliness but satisfied and all else good. Plenty of towels, wished shower liner as I had to mop floor. Extras like hair dryer, iron, fridge etc etc impressed me who hasn’t stayed in hotel for 30 years. Great experience. A little further from Newport & Cinti but worth drive for price & wonderful hotel- would choose Country Inn if return to area!

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was very fast. Liked that a young lady was sweeping the parking lot. Shows someone cares about the outside appearance.

Kept missing the cookies at the front desk, There was no where to sit in the King Room other than the desk chair. No couch or table and chairs. I somehow missed that there was to be a $50 security deposit on my credit card to be removed / credited back within 3-10 days and was not very well explained at the front desk that it was to be added. Additionally 10 days if that happens would be a very long time for them to hold onto my money.

The bed is super comfortable, the staff is great, and the shuttle service is excellent. It is a great room for the price, and we have been staying here the night before our flight for the past few trips. I think we will definitely stay here in the future for all of our flights.

It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a great value for a clean hotel with friendly staff. I can't find any negatives.
