Location

The light didn’t work when I came in the room. The Spicket on the sink was broken. The television remote did not work. I was unable to change the channels. The place was dirty.

The beds were very comfortable. And the hotel was near to the main interstate.

There were corners that looked like they hadn't cleaned in awhile. And the bathroom is in need of upgrading! The shower head needs to be replaced as well! The only setting that worked on it was a high pressure stream that hurt when it hit your body. Also the room had a very musty smell!

The location

The room wasn't very clean dead roaches an a used tampon was in the room the refrigerator was dirty an the floor needed swept an mopped

Not much!

I specifically said I was handicapped and they put me in a room about as far away from the store's and the room I couldn't get cleaned up in cause it's not handicapped accessible!

The second room had heat

The first room didn't have heat and the shower knob was to hard to pull and it broke after I was told it will not break. No breakfast or laundry facility on the property.

The room was very clean and spacious

No trash can anywhere, shower head held on by tape, tv would not work, freezer frozen solid, noone cleared sidewalks to room or office, noone cleared snow off parking lot, and no vending machines pn property (was told to go to speedway!!##!!)

We immediately searched for the email to get a refund once we found bugs crawling in the bed. But I'm staying here obviously because I don't have much money and I'm here burying my mother. So money very tight. So we stayed in car mainly last day we went to change sheets to sleep inside. And a USED CONDOM WAS IN THE END OF OUR BED! And it looked dry rotted. When I told the lady at the in front she shrugged her shoulders as if she knew about it. Terrible place all Round. One star is one way too many.

Nothing.

Was given the first room and it was in a separate building in the back that initially looked vacant. There isn’t a smoking/non smoking option and you can tell. As soon as you opened the door to go upstairs, smelled like cigarettes 🙄 entered the room and it was sooo hot, air conditioner did not work and the fridge door was open bc that did not work either. It smelled sour. Asked for another room and it was very uncomfortable as well. I did NOT end up staying. Came back after my event, grabbed my things and took my 4 hour drive home and got back home at 3am so tired just because this was my 2nd hotel location attempt in the area that was very uncomfortable and disappointing. Rather take a late night drive back than give in and stay at either establishments. Worst experience ever! Never again at this business will I even try. I’m sorry, I just can’t!
