The location of the hotel is great in terms of having flights. The shuttle to the airport was excellent. The dessert we ordered at the hotel was excellent. The ability to pay for leaving the car during our time away was very needed and easy to arrange with the hotel.

There are no vending machines in the hotel, only ice machines. it is inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to the market for drinks and snacks rather than having a vending machine on the floor, but that is just personal preference. The room could use an upgrade. The carpet was worn, and the furniture was dusty, and it seemed to have a very musky smell and feel.

Love the location to the airport, the restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I booked online and asked for the top floor and I got it I loved that. I would def stay there again.

There was a few hairs in the bathroom floor. The chair in the restaurant sat very low, I thought I was going to fall through it when I sat down. It was a little costly, but I wanted close to the airport.

Appreciated the shuttle service from hotel to airport

No one was around in front desk early 4 am No signs or anything-frustrating because shuttle was very delayed and I was stressing. Finally after literally asking for assistance verbally loudly did someone appear 8 mins later- supposedly doing computer updates but no explanation was left at front desk to help contact her- this was unprofessional!

Surprisingly quiet being on the airport. Bed was comfortable and pillows were actually not flat. Slept great! Room was clean.

The front desk upon arrival: I felt really bad for the front desk person. She was there by herself and the line was long and the phone was ringing off the hook. She did her best to stay positive but it just felt chaotic upon entering.

Literally a toss throw away from the airport and the car rental returns. Depending on your stay you can even leave your car there while flying out,(for a fee).

The cooler fridge never cooled. If you needed anything cold it would have to be iced from the vendor machine. Tv control didn't work properly, since it was an overnighter I didn't get bother much but I can see others have an issue with an extensive stay

The hotel is right at the airport. The warm cookie is always a treat at check in. Our king room was spacious and there was very little noise from the airport even though we were almost on a runway.

The hotel is older and showing signs of wear. Our bed was comfortable but seemed to have peaks and valleys just due to wear.

location next to the airport was extremely convenient, although sometimes the airplane noise from takeoff and landing were loud enough to notice, though i was not bothered enough to be woken up during the night. room was very clean and bathroom was very well-designed and clean as well.

Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Poor signage to find the hotel. Parking was limited, had trouble finding a spot.

There was a ball of hair in the shower. The frontdesk person at check out 4:30 am didn't say anything to us and didn't even bother to get out of her chair. I had to ask all the questions.

First time staying here and it was awesome!!!! The cookies are Amazing by the way. It’s clean, quiet, everyone was so nice. Defiantly will stay again
