The breakfast was perfect. The woman who maintains the breakfast area was awesome. She took good care of our group of seven and fussed over our beautiful baby.

I thought the furniture was shabby ( see upholstery on the chairs). One guest was on oxygen 24/7 and could not sleep lying down. I requested a recliner, but no one seemed to know anything about the request. The guest slept sitting up on the couch with her feet on a chair.

The hotel staff exceeded our expectations in every interaction! From the front desk to the kitchen, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special shoutouts to the friendly front desk lady and the talented kitchen chef, who prepared delicious meals with love and care. That lady in charge of the kitchen truly stood out - her warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were part of the family, with a 'mama' who cared about our every need. The hotel comprises three separate buildings on the property. They are not connected. So, on rainy or snowy days, you’ve got to go out in the elements till you reach the main building for BKF or to check in or out.

I liked how the rooms was set up like a mini one bed room apartment. Was in a very good location as well. The staff worked with me as this was a last minute reservation after a mix up with another hotel. The sitting area out side was perfect to entertain without all the noise in the room. Will be back.

Great value for a family of five. Loved the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. The hotel isn’t the newest building in the area, but it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was great for information.

Not many options for food within walking distance.

Our suite was great! Next time I need to make my reservations earlier so we can get a bigger suite. We made it work. Exceeded our expectations

The only thing we didn't like was the shower "door". After every shower the bathroom floor was drenched.

Close to the airport. Quiet and clean place to rest after a long journey. Staff was polite and smiling.
