Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced for the area.

Maybe need a flatter pillow option. Our window blind was a little wonky as was the shower, may have been intelligence issue on my part. It was very loud in the courtyard, and our room didn't have a couch and only one chair, so it made relaxing at the hotel a challenge. I know you can't do much about the highway noise but maybe there is a way to soften it in the courtyard, not sure.

The room was the cleanest that we ever stayed in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. Coffee and water were available continuously.

The cost. This was the highest amount that we have ever paid for a room. Also for us it would have been better if the bed had been facing the TV. Would have made it easier to watch it As it was it gave me a stiff neck!

I had booked 11/2 - 2 months in advance. I needed a King bed with a sofa bed. The sent me to a room with just a king bed. I went back down and was told they didn't have a. King with sofa bed available. All they had was 2 queen room. Wasn't very comfortable but had no other choice. Wasn't happy about that

We loved how clean and spacious the room was, it had all the little amenities that we forgotand the bed was absolutely wonderful!! So soft and fluffy!. We slept like babies!!..We want to plan another trip over there just so we can come back!.lol and the view we had from the room was gorgeous as well!

Loved everything, not only was the facility CLEAN it smelled CLEAN! Breakfast was amazing my favorite was the omelets. We stayed for 2 nights, it was easy to get to from the zoo and riverbend music center! The works were amazing and Doug in housekeeping was in particular went above and beyond. My friend wanted a shower cap and he headed downstairs to get them and returned apologizing that none were available but gave her small waste basket liner to try and it worked perfectly. When I asked for extra towels we got EXTRA EXTRA towels and each time we saw him he was working so hard making the rooms clean and ready for the next occupant. Can't wait to stay there again! Thanks for everything! The courtyard was nice as well, fun to sit out there and chat and be able to smoke and chill.

The price was a little high for the location. Should be around 120.00 nightly as appose to 180.00, there are other hotels in Newport near more restaurants and waterfront for less or equal to the 180.00, the main reason I stayed was due to proximity to Northern Kentucky University. I may consider staying in Newport and driving the extra distance in the future.

Rooms were bigger than expected. Family of five in a 2 bed queen suite. Had a large pull out sofa that was very comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly and ready to help in any way to make our stay comfortable. The pool was nice and always clean with plenty of towels, even late in the evening.

Firstly, no hot tub/whirlpool, which is upsetting because it was one of the reasons I wanted to stay at this slightly pricier hotel. Breakfast did not have much of a variety like other Hampton Inns, but at least it was hot and available. But definitely need to update booking details about whirlpool and some rooms that have a pull out sofa and others do not, but the price is the same..

Location from Riverbend music center was perfect & Great customer service. Very clean & spacious hotel. Our second time staying and we love it!

I loved the view of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of choices, but it was good enough to fill up. They are undergoing renovations, so some people may not like that, but it didn’t bother us.

Very clean. Greeted as soon as walking in door. No waiting very the receptionist was very informative and friendly. Very clean all around.

Need. Better pillows more toilet paper for four people in one room
