The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Very nice hotel. I think it is only a few years old. Easy to get to and only a 10 min drive to Cincinnati downtown. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was very good with pre-made omelettes, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc. Pool is small but warm. Will stay again when in that area.

They need to caulk along shower/tile border. Doesn't look good. But everything else was very clean.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, the room was very clean, the breakfast offered a great many options.

Not really a complaint, but it would’ve been nice if the refrigerator had had a small freezer section. Also, I am always looking for vegan options for breakfast, and this hotel was better than many in that regard, but most of the food was not vegan. My partner, who is not vegan, had plenty of wonderful options.

Very comfortable, quiet. Mostly impeccably clean. Had refrigerator and microwave. Pleasant staff. Good location. Offered a variety of food at breakfast.

Moldy looking caulking in the shower. But this may have been a stain and not a health issue. I would recommend the hotel and would stay with them again.

This was probably the cleanest hotel room we have ever visited. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and I felt completely comfortable for my family to stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and the location was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely return if we are ever in the area again!

There was nothing I did not like about this stay.

The breakfast was decent. I liked the cinnamon rolls. They were nice and warm.

We chose the room that was facing the highway side which was much too noisy. I would instead chose a room facing the parking side which would of been quieter. There was too much road sound from vehicles.Also, there was no hot tub there that would of been nice.

The staff was so accommodating. The property was clean and inviting. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The parking spaces are a little small, they are to close together. I sought out the parking areas on the ends of the parking lots, so that there would only be one side of my vehicle close to another vehicle.

I didn't get to partake of the breakfast, so I don't know.

Just small things; A regular small drip coffee maker, I don't use pods due to the plastic waste. Also a small freezer area at the top of the refrigerator would have been nice.

The breakfast is absolutely amazing! Every staff member including house keeping are exceptionally personable, helpful, nice & attentive! Inside & out is very clean. Our stay was met with exceptional comfort. Never had any issues with anyone or anything. We even added staying 1 more night last minute in person, & was met with help happiness & extended our stay no problem! 10/10 all around

The breakfast was really good for a smaller hotel.

A little more gym equipment would be nice, but it was a good space and functional.
