We enjoyed everything, the breakfast, the spacious rooms, the indoor pool, the service and staff were all excellent. It was close to the amenities we enjoy and needed and it was convenient for when we departed onto our next location. I should booked two nights instead of one!

Nothing, if anything I should have booked two nights instead of one - next time. I didn't realize there were so many attractions in Cincinnati. Big fan of WKRP in Cincinnati - Les Nesman and the crew!

Everything was super clean. The breakfast was great. Understandably they were out of some things because breakfast is 6 to 10 and and nice staff. But the best part of the day was the front desk lady, Tonya. My child is having a birthday party the following weekend and we wanted to drop off a printed colored image to Meijer which is right next-door. The guest printer only had black-and-white on the off chance they could do it I asked Tonya At the front desk. I offered to even pay for it. She was super sweet and went to her office and printed it right off for us. She refused to let me pay for it and was super nice and made everything much easier and stress-free. I really am so thankful for her help. Sometimes the little things and going above and beyond can make that much difference. All the hotels in the Cincinnati area by downtown or Covington were booked this weekend. We wanted to stay at the Hyatt Regency downtown or Embassy suites on the river. They both were booked so we knew we were taking a bit of a downgrade staying in Florence, but it really was a great stay.

No benches outside or anywhere to sit out front. Not a complaint at all just is the only thing I could think of.

The room was just right. Although I paid more than I ever have for the room, it was in line with what others are now charging for a similar room. The quality of the room and its size and layout were worth the price. A very comfortable stay.

While I enjoyed that the complementary breakfast was free I would have enjoyed more variety on different days. Monday through Friday had all the same foods. Try varying the foods on different days. Saturday was the only different day for us and it was a welcome change.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was beautiful and spacious. I really liked the separation of the rooms with the living room and bedroom being separate. On a whole the room was great. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

The breakfast was horrible. It left enough to be desired. the only negative I can say about the room is that when we turned the air conditioner off, it still ran and it kept coming on even in the off position. Also, I think that having to pay for parking really sucks.

The room was nice and spacious, just a walk in shower no tub for little ones, very close to Highway, a grocery store and a few food places

You have to pay to park in the hotel lot $8 for 24 hours, It was 15$ more than quoted, staff wasn’t too helpful, and I could not change the air temperature in the room luckily I like it cold, that were doing some remodeling so parking was a nightmare on top of having to pay for it,

Breakfast was okay. Not great but okay. The pool area was okay, not great, as well. The living room was very spacious. Convenient location for the Ark Encounter. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The bedroom was very crowded. There was barely enough room to get in either bed from the wall/window sides. The bathroom was tiny. Had to walk in side ways to get past the toilet to close the door. There was only one tv shared by the living room and the bedroom.

Hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome! The pool was the best! My little girl had a blast and made some new friends. Overall a wonderful experience

The hotel could use some updates in the rooms. The bathtub in our room was very very slick, my husband fell while taking a shower there are no type of grips on the tub floor to help stablize. The overfill drain wasn't secured so it kept falling off while taking a bath. There was a white stain on our carpet. The beds were kinda hard, and there wasn't a lot of space between one bed and the windows. The closet area was small and hard to access as well. The bathroom was kinda on the small side. It was hard to get out of the door is more than one person was in it.

it was easy to get into, the pool and bar was cool even tho i didn’t drink at it but nice to have! the staff were top notch for me! rav (night shift front desk ) and the ladies on first shift were excellent! i will be back for sure!

Great price. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms were clean and huge. Lots of breakfast options and everything was hot and being refilled constantly. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay again or recommend to friends or family.

There is a fee for parking if you drive.

The middle "down" blanket between the top and bottom sheets, you could hold the blanket up towards the light and see mildew/mold inside the blanket. It did not make us feel warm and fuzzy.
