The only thing that I requested when I booked the room was not to be next to an elevator and we were there for 5 days next to an elevator breakfast for 6 days and only had bacon one day out of that six and you know everybody loves the bacon but they're sure was not enough bacon that day they ran out early so only half the people got bacon and the rest of them went back to sausage patty from the day before but it says bacon make sure you got enough bacon the pool disaster film on top of the pool could not see the drain. Do not have enough handicap parking I am a handicap and there was cars parked there that did not have a handicap sticker or plate so that made less parking and the diamond parking I saw employees park there so need more handicap parking

Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. My son and two grandsons had a double queen with a sofa bed, and the room was very large. They were pleased with the amount of space they had. My husband and I had a double queen, and it was quite nice too. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of foods. The young man at the desk in the mornings was friendly and helpful.

The woman at the desk in the afternoons and evenings was barely civil and definitely not friendly. Our room was too close to the elevator for comfort, but fortunately, the only noise we heard from there was in the afternoon and morning, so we were not significantly disturbed. We didn't understand why anyone would be given that room, unless all others on the floor were taken (which they weren't).

Breakfast was great , very clean property. Parking is available for no cost.

The doors in the hotel are extremely heavy and lack a slow-closing mechanism. This led to constant slamming throughout the day and night, causing a lot of noise and disturbance. Every time a neighboring guest entered or exited their room, the loud noise of the door slamming shut would echo down the hallway, making it difficult to relax and sleep. I would highly recommend that the hotel consider installing slow-closing mechanisms on the doors to reduce the noise and improve the overall guest experience.

Good safe location. Decent selection of fast food and sit-down style restaurants. Meijer near by for any other needed items. Short 15-20 minute drives to a number of attractions.

Although a safe location, the hotel is within a few hundred yards of the Green Township Police Department. They made several emergency runs overnight, on a Friday / Saturday, so you do hear their sirens. Not a deal breaker, but something to take into consideration.

Breakfast was good enough! I had eggs, toast & banana - just a basic breakfast for me.

I’ll be happy to receive the credit for the extra $150 (not sure on that amount as no paper) that i won’t get for 5/7 days or something. That just didn’t make sense or be necessary.

The staff was great. Very responsive. The hotel was close to my family's home, so it was convenient. It was also close to shopping. The exercise room was great.

My stay was 3 weeks ago. Nothing sticks out in my mind as a bad experience.

The bed mattress was aged and lumpy. The swimming pool water was murky and may have needed updated chemicals.

Would have given a higher review but the staff seemed unprofessional. We stayed for 3 nights so we asked if our trash could be taken, the person at the desk was typing away but they never cane to take it. One lady at the desk at check in was complaining about being there, maybe she was having a bad day but I think some level of professionalism should be maintained.

Clean. Easy to get to and close enough to the city without staying in the city. Easy access to highway. Good breakfast.

Asked for 1pm check-in, and i called the day of check-in, and they said they could do it. But the room wasn't ready till 1:45. And our second room wasn't ready till after 4:30 even though normal check-in is at 3. Not big inconvenience and doesn't affect my ratings.

I liked the property was actually close to home and my job. So if I had to run and handle anything I could it’s also in a convenient spot for shopping and attraction

I didn’t like that the pool was very small and they didn’t have a hot tub
