We had a dog and staff were very accommodating. Lois was so helpful… she helped when I got turned around in the hall, and found the issue with the candy machine. She wanted to help. Bill fixed my door when I was locked out. A iron was delivered when requested. The key cards are some of the best… ALWAYS worked. The facility has a huge fenced in patio for sitting, bbqing, picnicking and walking/running the dogs. Our room was very quiet. The staff was friendly and had linens & towels available when needed. Overall, a wonderful place that exceeded our needs.

The owner and staff are the most pleasant and friendly people I’ve came into contact with in the hotel business. This is a real review btw. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is actually very good. Pancakes, fresh bagels, yogurt, apple/orange juice and the coffee isn’t the cheap stuff. The price for what you get is actually a steal. They have smoking and non smoking rooms. This place will always have my business. Also the location is next to restaurants (walking distance) and Starbucks right next to it. Why pay 125 when you can get a deal and get better service?

The front desk staff were very helpful. We arrived early and they made it possible for us to check in early. On check in day the only room they had available was on the second floor, they made extra effort to get us moved to a first-floor room on the second day which was much appreciated.

USB plugs along with normal power outlets would be helpful.

The room and beds were HUGE and the beds were soft and comfy. There was a big fridge and microwave in the room and an ice machine in the corridor. Everything was clean, tidy and modern. It is located amongst a variety of food outlets and shopping is available nearby. It was the best deal among the motels we've stayed at so far in the States, by a considerable margin.

The motel was the only one we have stayed in that offered breakfast, so a VERY good bonus for the price, but it was fairly limited with only two sugary cereal choices, Airpot coffee, packet muffins and pancakes.

The pancake machine was something we never saw before that makes fresh hot pancakes. The hot coffee was good along with the variety of juices and yogurts.

It would be nice to have some sugar free options such as syrup, cereal, etc. Breakfast would be improved with hot items such as eggs of some sort, sausage/bacon, biscuit and gravy, etc.

The location was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations, a grocery store, and Starbuck's nearby. If a person had time, the little town of Harrison is a charming looking place.

There is free coffee/hot water in the lobby, which is very nice, but the cups are styrofoam. They aren't the best for microwaving to heat up the coffee. Paper cups would be much safer.

What I liked most was that they cleaned the room every day. The receptionist was very friendly and the hotel had very good staff.

Everything was very good, there was nothing I didn't like.

The staff is really friendly. You can tell they care about their property and the property was as nice as it looked online. It was a very good value. Excellent location just off US 74 and with dining and gas options really close. Easy ride to Cinncinnati.

Though better than I expected for a Super 8, there is still a stale, musty smell which I am guessing reflects the age of the building and previous prevalent use by smokers. The breakfast was all carb options.

Price was great, room was clean, bed comfortable. It was quiet and the A/C worked great. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but we found it great

Breakfast wasn’t all that but for the price of the room, there are plenty of places around to eat.

Breakfast was pretty sparse, but the pancakes were good. Check-in was easy and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was nice when I checked in.

The walls and door of the room seemed thin, and voices in the hall or outside sounded loud. I found some bugs in the morning that made their way into the room somehow. The outdoor pool was under construction when we visited (June 2023), but I'm sure it will be nice when it's done.
