Beautiful location and views, room was large and clean, bathroom was so nice with a large walk in shower. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were nice. A very good restaurant downstairs that serves all 3 meals, (breakfast is not included in the pricing of the room) we opted to have dinner there, theme is mainly Italian,and it was very good and waitstaff were excellent.There is a nice walkway that goes along the river shore that is very well maintained with pretty views of the river and downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, if in that area.

The only complaint and no fault of the hotel is they are doing major road construction leading to the hotel. Had to re route and once at the hotel a little confusing as where to check in and where to park etc.

Great location.. loved the restaurant and coffee service available on main level. Clean room, large bathroom. Close walking to stores, restaurants and parking in area. Free parking for hotel was nice as well.

There was an event going on and the music (or band) was quite loud in our room.. had to turn up tv to hear and even though they stopped playing at 10ish.. couldn't sleep before then. My own fault, I didn't notice, rooms had no mini fridge..

The place was clean and a good value for the money. Location was good next to the river and within walking distance of several places to eat. Brandi at the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast at N0-ce was excellent.

We booked a king room with a river view. The view was excellent but the bed was not a king bed. Hotel puts a hold on your credit card which can cause some issues.

The room was very clean and we loved the view of the river. All of the employees were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was so good. Anytime we go to Lawrenceburg, In., we will be staying at the Double Tree. We had the best time ever. Thank you so much.

There wasn't a refrigerator nor a microwave in the room. Everything else was absolutely great

We enjoyed our stay of several days!

I booked two rooms with King sized beds on the river side of the hotel but was given two rooms on the city side of the building. Also, the rooms were on different floors. We did not share this information with the front desk staff as we had already moved our bags to the assigned rooms. The waitress at the restaurant was really a delight. She was fantastic.

Small town shops and eateries near the river were nice. Loved the free, well-lit garage parking.

Nobody mentioned there would be a bike race through and around the town, blocking off any and all sensible routes to the hotel. Passive- aggressive comments from staff about letting us back into our room after going out for dinner. (There systems were down and staff had to unlock rooms each time we needed in. )

People were great! The buffet dinner was good. Not sure I ate 35 dallors worth but it was good! The location is amazing!

For such a fancy hotel you think they would have a refrigerator. Even requested one and it wasnt provided. For the price especially. 230 a night before tax and whatever fee they want to charge. I'll stay at a cheaper hotel for a frig. Plus it's been 4 days and they still haven't gave me back the 50 dallor deposit. Most hotel give it back in the first 24 hours.

Very good-looking hotel, clean, beds were comfortable.

There was no remote in the room upon arrival. Tried to call the desk 3 times, without an answer. Went to the desk, they had no remote available. They said they would have one delivered. It was in the room after dinner. In the morning, l realized there were no bath towels, had to dry with a hand towel.

The staff was great very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean.The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the wonderful restaurants and small shops.

My only issue was the elevator broke down as soon as we got there, while we were on it. There was another one to use but my husband was very worried about getting on it after being trapped in the first one.

Check in process we were early at first before 3pm so totally understood when room wasn't available. However we went back at 4:05 and was told room still not available and when I said but it's after check-in time of 3 was told we'll check in is really 4 I said well it's 4:05 she then said it's really between 4 to 6. Don't advertise a 3 pm check-in if it's 6 pm. But then who knows when the real check-in time is ??? 3 pm that is what is advertised. It is talked about to we went to a bar down the street to wait and there were others in same situation so you might want to correct that. Also with price of rooms you would think breakfast would be included. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing though . But no fridge in the rooms???
