When checking in, The front desk attendant was phenomenally friendly and had such a positive calming energy. I forgot his name and I’m so sad I forgot because I wanted to give him a shoutout. I was so tired after driving 9 hours and he was such a welcome surprise. I will definitely be staying again when I pass through on my way to and from Kansas City. The Starbucks across the parking lot was a huge plus and the location was SO convenient. I’ve never had a better experience at a hotel.

Brittany at the desk was exceptional. there was a problem from booking.com's end that she tried to fix before we arrived. booking refused. when I arrived she explained & I tried to deal with booking. Angela at booking was extremely rude, especially to Brittany. Brittany stayed very professional & she was super helpful. 10/10 5 stars

the booking.com customer service staff. the problem came from their end & they were very rude to Brittany saying she was doing something wrong. and then Angela tried to badmouth Brittany to me on the phone after the process

The breakfast was just excellent!! The hot items were hot and the chilled items were just that. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Brittany was especially helpful and couldn’t have been more cordial. We will be back.

The night/fan switch in the bathroom. You couldn’t turn on the light without the fan coming on. The fan was a little noisy. Going in the bathroom during the night and turning on the light also turned on the fan which at that hour woke everyone else in the room. Need separate on/off switches.

Clean, nice amenities.

When we first got there we had an issue with our room. We had booked a Double Queen bed room and they had us in a one bed room and that didn’t work with two grandkids with us. But they changed it to a King bed room with a pull out couch and that worked. The breakfast room was too small for the amount of people there for breakfast. Also, the server was doing her best, but couldn’t keep up. Could have used a larger area and another worker.

I enjoyed my room.It was very roomy and they helped me when I had to extend my stay. Very helpful stuff, very nice professional. The hotel room set up was very nice in convenient. There was a Kurig pot in the hotel, along with other things to enhance your stay. Very clean too. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff was excellent. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. They were great. You're cleaning staff were understanding and very helpful.

Course the price could have always been a little better. But the stay was great!

Good breakfast, AC worked well, plenty of outlets to charge appliances, ok parking-but finding space was difficult the night we stayed.

Beds need more options than just a very heavy comforter/blanket which is too warm. Need a few more parking spaces.

The entire place was very clean, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the breakfast far exceeded any expectations we may have had. We hate getting up early and made a point to each day because it was so good.

The only issue we encountered was that the WiFi stopped working, which wasn't a big deal.

Breakfast was excellent. We would give them an A++ Lots of stores around area to visit.

The property was very nice and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

It was tough both to get into or out of the property during that 3:00 to 5:00 time frame. Very busy out front during that timeframe.
