Carie was awesome! Very welcoming upon our arrival. She was super calm and reassuring while we sorted out confusion with our reservation.

We lost a set of keys and the staff was reluctant to help. This was a huge deal considering we were traveling from hours away. We asked to search through the trash ourselves and were denied. We ended up stuck at the property for 4 hours while we waited for AAA and family members to come. How hard is it to let someone search a maid cart??

The staff was excellent, the shuttle driver was very informative and professional, I don't remember his name but he was a veteran and very helpful in everything. The front desk staff was very polite, the breakfast was great. Overall, I would give 100% satisfaction.

Only wish they had a little bar to have a night capper LOL However we walked next door to hotel to another hotel and had our night capper and an excellent meal there. Thanks to shuttle driver for letting us know where we could get something to eat/drink.

The room was set up nicely with lots of hooks where needed and an exhaust fan that worked in the bathroom. We enjoy the convenient shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion ! Also, the coffee provided was very, very good.

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs nor the sausage had any flavor and appeared not to be 'real' eggs or sausage . Extremely disappointing. Also, dealing with locked bathrooms in the lobby was very inconvenient.

Good variety breakfast, plenty of options. Some issue with the internet however the receptionist went above and beyond and gave me temporary membership in an effort to assist. Eventually the remote IT help desk assisted.

I had difficulty getting in touch with the hotel for transport as I had returned a car. As a foreigner I didn't have data coverage.

Friendly staff breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious Monday was just okay the room was very clean and comfortable I would definitely recommend this room with the jacuzzi spa to couples the room was very spacious

There's very little for me to say that I did not like the room. could have used a couch to get more comfortable then the two chairs and then at the desk there was only one chair when there's a jacuzzi suite I'm thinking it's going to be two people sitting down to eat at the table and the breakfast on the weekday just wasn't as delicious as the weekend one

One of the reasons we booked Hampton Inn was it's complementary breakfast. Also its location (near to the airport).

We've always had good experiences with the breakfast of Hampton Inn. This time it was a little bit "poor". But it's ok.

Very clean. Very well maintained bathroom. The AC worked great!

They can improve the breakfast menu. The front desk people can be a bit more friendly.

receptionist Tommy and the early morning driver Kathy were very friendly, patient and thoughtful. Tommy explained patiently where to pick us up, and dispatched the driver from the hotel right away. Kathy let us to pack a couple of muffins before the breakfast officially opened, because we had to leave the hotel at 5am. We appreciate so much the warmth. first time in this region. very good impression for the people here.

Quiet despite being near an airport. Donna in reception was helpful and friendly.

The Muslim woman in reception was unwelcoming and never smiled. Sorry to have to identify her by her hood, but she did not give me her name.

Room was comfortable and clean. Reception was especially helpful. Conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle Service. Quiet.

Breakfast could have been more varied with fruits and vegetables.
