Absolutely everything. This hotel is the best in the area and the breakfast surprisingly is the best feature of the hotel. That and the fire pit and indoor pool that’s heated. The rooms are spotless and every single person that works there is extremely nice. Especially Mike and Raj or Rai? I hope the price stays the same because they could charge more to be honest. The room also has coffee and expensive soap. Also they give out a free one day membership at the gym across the street even though they have a fitness center inside the hotel. They also give toothbrushes and toothpaste. I mean everything is included.

Literally nothing I can say that’s bad about this place.

Easy to find and convenient location in the town.

Being lied to. When we arrived late on Thursday night, we asked for extra coffee in the room. We were told that housekeeping had to get that. The next afternoon when we asked for extra coffee, the desk clerk went into the office behind the check in desk and proceeded to obtain the extra coffee packets we requested. Not sure why the first guys didn't want to give extra coffee, but I don't like being lied to about the reason.

Lobby was nicely organised and decorated. Front desk personnel were professional and welcoming. I liked they were pet friendly. Location was great as well. Close to stores, restaurants and gyms.

Cleanliness could use some improvements but overall it was a good stay.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. The location was nice being right off a major highway. I also like the fact that they made my bed daily and replaced towels daily.

There was really only one thing that I can think of that needed to be improved on and that was the floors needed to have the carpets vacuumed better.

Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the lady taking care of the breakfast was excellent!!!

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable and our room didn't have a plastic shower curtain, just a fabric one so there was quite a bit of water on the floor. Beautiful facility, the pool was great, clean well kept overall and breakfast was awesome!

I have stayed at this Best Western many times. Always works out well. As reasonably secure as a motel can be. Clean everything working as it should.

The BW has little control over some bookings. Some questionable people using it. Smoking right out front door. Some times having a beer. That should stop. I will stay there again.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small issue before check in with communication from B.com and Sunny had it fixed by the time we got to the hotel. Breakfast was really good.

Pool wasn’t open

Diane who did the breakfast was awesome! She was always very polite, lots of smiles and she was so sweet and made my grandson waffles! Please keep her! She made our stay worth it!!!!!

The ice machine was not working on our floor. The cleaning staff did a great job but they did not speak English so it was difficult for them to understand us

The cleanliness, pool was warm and great size, room was clean and the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

We had three separate issues with our keycards. They said it had to do with our phones and the magnet strip on key cards. Very frustrating.

Hotel was a good quiet area. Our room was a good size and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit too hard for me, but that's just preference. When we checked out we waited for ten mins and no one came to the front desk, so we ended up leaving.
