The room was clean and the bed was so comfy that I didnt want to get out of bed.

I didnt like how far we had to walk to get around everywhere. Beings I have bone on bone in my knees it was rough. That there is not a microwave in our room. We didnt like that we could not close the curtains.

loved the fact I didn't have to go out in the bad weather to get to casino. room was clean for a smoking room. staff was very knowledgeable of the area so was able to help me get to my company Christmas Party

parking was a little tight. it also would be nice to have breakfast in hotel even of it a cold breakfast .

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

Nothing then if you plan on eating dinner there, it's a bit of a walk from the hotel to the restaurants.

We could smell a hint of smoke from people smoking in our room prior. Didn’t like that smoking was aloud in the Casino’s.

The room was very clean it was quiet not a lot of noise a short walk to the casino. The room was very clean and it was very spacious plenty of room didn’t feel crowded at all. The hotel both outside and inside had beautiful scenery and the staff seemed very personable. Check out wasn’t till 11 which also made it nice

No coffee or breakfast in the hotel. No continental breakfast no free coffee if you wanted anything for breakfast or coffee in the mornings you had to walk to the casino and there you had to purchase it

No continental breakfast, and for the price, that should have definitely been a perk. Would love to come more often and try our luck at the casino, but the price is pretty steep, so we'll just have to save up for special occasions. Very clean room, and very comfy bed!

Rooms were not ready, reserved 3, only had 1 available. Waited a long time for the second room, and finally at 9:45 pm we finally got a call that our last guest would be able to get in the room.

Beautiful place. Ample room. Looks like a fairy tale palace outside. Casino is across the way, when you enter Keep RIGHT, do not follow Casino signs to casino parking garage. That's not you! There's a walkway to the casino building, lovely cool decor, but you will smell like an ashtray when you return to the hotel. Gambling and smoking always sisters, but the hotel is on a quiet area a long walk from the casino, so very very peaceful and tranquil, surrounded by gardens. Great value and a half hr from Cincinnati. Price is great too! Unbelievable!

Amenities-none. There is one microwave in the lobby, that's it. But that's why it's great value. No breakfast. Casino has some eateries, the one in the casino is pretty good quick bites and to one side far from the smoker fumes. But have to walk through the casino first. As I recall they also have a Starbux open at 8am not in the Casino but just outside it.

Location and price

Unable to have more towels sent to the room or given by house keeping. Front desk was not friendly, but the person that checked us in was very nice.

Very close to the casino, room was clean, free beverages inside the casino, and was a very nice honeymoon destination

Not many handicap parking spots in front of the casino
