Very modern and updated with a Starbucks as an added bonus. The room was also modern, spacious and quiet which is important for us. I loved the convenience of the mini fridge and microwave so if we don't feel like going out, we can enjoy a meal in the room. So thoughtful to have 2 chairs in the room, 1 at the desk and the other a comfortable lounge chair and ottoman. The gym is amazing, love it. The location is perfect just 8 minutes to the airport.

The bed was too soft for us.

The beds are very comfortable and the staff is so accommodating and consistently friendly. The Wi-Fi and big screen TV is also excellent. Also, kudos on setting out a Keurig pot of coffee in the snack area. I used it a few times as I was preparing notes to guest on a major podcast. And being able to have items printed that I created on my computer laptop was also a plus.

Walk in showers are another favorite item for me. I would like to suggest that Courtyard adopt the free breakfast that Residence Inn has in the morning.

I believe Jessica was the front desk clerk that checked us in on 12/28 at approximately midnight or so. The young lady was very attentive, helpful, and was very professional with all my questions and concerns.

Ensure the Bistro menu has items readily available and not sold out.

The room was very comfortable. It was located very close to the airport but very quiet. The rooms have microwave, mini fridge and huge tv. The only draw back which isn’t a true drawback is no free breakfast. It’s posted on the site. You can purchase but it is a 5 minute drive or there is a subway across the street.

Not have a complementary breakfast

Great location. The room was very clean and they actually clean your room! There is a Starbucks in lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fireplace in lobby makes for nice atmosphere.

We thought there would be free breakfast.

The location was fine. We heard no outside noise and the hallway was quiet. The shower was nice with lots of warm water. The beds were ok but the pillows were too soft for me.

We skipped the breakfast as it was an additional charge. I was disappointed since the room fee was in the higher price range.

Perfect property with a nice Starbucks at the entrance. Easy to get to the rooms and a nice location.

The food at the hotel could be a little better but it wouldn’t stop me from returning to the hotel.

Great hotel for stay close to CVG airport. Much better than other hotels nearby. Very friendly staff and free of charge shuttle to the airport. Nice lobby, very comfortable bed, clean room and all you need in the bathroom.

I picked this place for the convenience of being close to the airport, near a gas station, and because the description said there was an onsite restaurant.

The onsite restaurant is a Starbucks with an abbreviated menu. I like Starbucks, but I was disappointed that it was not a full-service restaurant. Nevertheless, the breakfast sandwich was delicious.

It was wonderful. Well prepared and very good.

Nothing that I can think of. The one thing I really liked was the convenience of the places where phones and computers could be charged.
