The breakfast was good, but it was the same thing every day - a little more variety would have been nice. We have stayed there before, so we know that the rooms have been updated, which was nice. The location is convenient for us, so we like to stay there.

The addition of soap, shampoo, etc. dispensers in the bathroom is a nice touch. However, the soap and hand lotion dispensers mounted on the wall by the sink, were so high up - it was hard for me to reach them. I know a child would not be able to reach the soap dispenser to wash their hands - it needs to be lower down.

The location was perfect ( very close to where we visited during Xmas ) , - I used to live close by before I moved to Michigan about 25 years ago, so I was very familiar with the surrounding area. The room(s) were exactly what I wanted -2 spacious, adjoining ones- the additional one was for my 2 teens) It was a very pleasant stay, with no problems or complaints. I will stay here again.

Good location to family.

Was not the cleanest hotel we have been to. Had to call downstairs for a set of towel. There was only one set for one person.. Lobby sent up another set very quickly. Only to discover no floor mat outside of shower. Bathroom floor had 3-4 black grease/? Marks that we cleaned up. Drapery was half off the curtain rod. The sliding glass door was not locked only to discover it wouldn’t lock at all.

I would especially want to thank Ashley and Dion. Ashley was ALWAYS so polite and friendly. When she was leaving after her shift. She took time just to talk with us. She remembered we were there for a wedding, and asked how it went. Dion. Went above and beyond. Our television was not working correctly. He was in the hall and we asked for his help. He came in. Said it was probably the batteries. He went down Stairs and brought back new batteries. While always smiling The night desk clerk on Sunday night (10 Sept) was also very helpful. We were looking for some place to eat. She was very knowledgeable of the area. Last but not least. The ladies who ran the breakfast. Always so pleasant and very personable Overall, the staff is/was very impressive

Our room was very clean!

We traveled 3+ hours and got there late. when we got there the very rude lady at the desk told me they were at capacity and couldn't find my reservation. although I had confirmation and already paid. Once I called booking & the nice booking lady called the hotel they "magically" found that the staff had cancelled my room on their end which shouldn't have happened to begin with since I booked and paid through a third party it should've only been cancelled through a third party. they had 2 extra rooms for emergency situations and gave me one. the beds were hard. the air was off in the room so it was hot when we got there and since it was already so late it was up into the night before the room cooled down. but the room was very clean so was the rest of the hotel.

Can’t beat the location. Close to roadways to everywhere. Stores and restaurants very close.

Had to fiddle with tv cables to get feed, patio door didn’t lock (not a huge deal since we were in 5th floor), Deja the cleaner was very unfriendly every time we saw her/interacted with her, which was four out of five days we stayed. she needs to take some customer service classes.

Easy to get to from the interstate. Close to stores and restaurants. The room and shower were clean. The shower had Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in pumps. The room was large and had a refrigerator, which is hard to get in many hotels these days. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The curtains were great at keeping the light out.

The pillows were hard.

The breakfast was very good. There were a lot of options and everything was fresh and there was plenty of everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. The provided shampoo and conditioner was a nice surprise as well.

9/10 for cleanliness. window shade chain and telephone were sticky but everything else seemed tidy and clean. GREAT breakfast! Employees were all so friendly.

The location was good.

The food, there was not a non pork option for breakfast. The bathtub water made a really high pitch squeal whenever we used it.
