The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. The room and bathroom were clean. My grandson enjoyed the pool. There were adequate towels and washcloths. Everything worked as it should.

It met my expectations and there was nothing that I did not like. The price was very reasonable and the location to our destination was not far. The toilet flap was not closing properly. I reported it and the desk clerk noted it for maintenance to check on.

Understand they had a new owner at the time we got there lady at the desk was over whelmed with check in 7 other parties and I guess someone on cleaning crew decide either not to clean or do their job I heard there was like 12 or 15 rooms no available do to this , sad you guys always where on top of the game over our last stays there.

I stayed in the room the majority of my stay very roomy nice and clean beds were nice and comfortable.

Kids running around the hallways and making noise above us in the middle of the night and early morning, breakfast could have been better the biscuits they were serving was always too hard to eat and this is not the first time.

King studio room is great. Having a small refrigerator is a plus. Close to everything to do in Lawrenceburg. Good value for the price.

Some of the facilities need updates. Elevator is slow. Inspection was outdated according to the paperwork in the elevator.

Breakfast was great. Super selection of hot foods and cereals. Waffles, juices, yogurts, coffee, clean and inviting. Shelia and her staff were wonderful and friendly. Gave advice on where to eat, etc. The property is being updated, so expect some changes.

Since the property is being redone, the outside and floors look a little rundown, but the heated pool area was superb!

Camila, the front desk worker, was friendly and SUPER attentive. She immediately refilled the pancake syrup when she heard it was getting low. She kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. She greeted us, smiled, and had a friendly banter.

Totally out of their control that next to the pool was a sectioned off area. The ceiling was being repaired so they tarped off the area. But we still got to swim, which is why we stayed vs staying at another hotel that was cheaper.

Everything was really good. The Night lady very polite answered all my questions and morning as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. I liked that they had mini dove bar soap, plenty of towels etc. Plenty of parking as well.

We couldn't find a channel for kids on tv.

Was a little leary after reading reviews, but pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Best water pressure in a hotel shower I have had in a while. Decent breakfast with waffles, biscuits, sausage, and other normal continental breakfast foods. Would stay here again if in area. Good value for price.

The staff were so sweet and welcoming. I was impressed with all the choices for breakfast as well. The value and all that we got was perfect for our needs. We’d come back.

The room was big and clean. Also had a nice view. The breakfast was awful. But the pool and the room and service was amazing.
