This was my second stay at this hotel within a month, and it was just as outstanding as the first. The property is new, beautifully maintained, and provides a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a kitchenette and a spacious open layout that enhances convenience and comfort. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, offering easy access to downtown Cincinnati and the greater metropolitan area. Additionally, it is situated near a newly developed residential area with grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and more, adding to the convenience for guests. The breakfast selection was exceptional, far exceeding expectations for hotels in this price range. It included fresh fruits, pastries, and a well-stocked hot bar, providing a perfect start to the day. The availability of free on-site parking is another great bonus.

The staff was amazing...breakfast was really good...the breakfast staff was also incredibly nice and helpful

Our room was a freezer box to start with and we couldn't figure out how to change the temp however they sent someone up in 2 minutes and got that straightened around... our sink kept clogging up in the bathroom plus the swimming pool was unavailable... we did get to go next door to the Marriott for the girls to swim which saved us from a lot of disappointment on their part...all in all even the little frustrations we're not that bad 😉

Breakfast!!!

This newly built hotel is excellent, offering many amenities and a well-maintained environment that ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, with a kitchenette and a large open area. The hotel, conveniently located near the freeway, allows easy access to downtown Cincinnati and the greater metropolitan area. The breakfast was a highlight, which included fresh fruits and pastries at a well-stocked hot bar. The spread exceeded expectations and provided a great start to the day. Free parking is available on-site.

Restaurants was walking distance and Movie Theater was across from hotel So were the grocery stores Kroger, Meijer and target store. Walmart was 8 minutes or 9 minutes away. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good on the First Day. Sausage,grits,cheese eggs and toast

The pool was closed and it said it was open it was close the whole 4 days I was there. I read a comment saying it been close for 2 weeks but it says it open on booking. Breakfast wasn't that good on the second, third, or Fourth day but I mostly ate fruit 🍓🍑 and yogurt Oatmeal wasn't good I like milk in my oatmeal instead of water. The reason I choice this hotel because I liked the one in Panama City Beach the breakfast 🥞🍳 was amazing we ate grits for 4 days with different kinds of meats Bacon, smoke sausage, pan sausage and sausage link

The entire hotel was spotless and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable, staff members and workers were all really friendly & helpful. The breakfast options were amazing and had something even my picky toddler liked! Lol We were at the pool daily and it was spotless everytime and stocked with towels! The area is fantastic you are within walking distant of many stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Our only “complaint” would be that we didn’t get to stay long enough! Lol

The room was fantastic! The bed was extremely comfortable. My wife has trouble sleeping in beds, other than our bed at home. She slept great both nights! The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing!! Getting up early to make the buffet on vacation is tough, but you will not be disappointed. Everything about our staff was top shelf!!

There was nothing we didn't enjoy about our stay!

Clean, convenient location. There was a little sitting area / the tv swiveled to that area and the bed. The kitchenette was nice - full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and feather-free (thank you! even though i always request, I almost always have to call down because most places don’t do it before we check in). The shower had allergen friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; also a welcome surprise. The breakfast was better than most in relation to selection and quality.

Amazing location! Kroger is right across the street, along with a target and meijer that is not much further. The grounds are well kept and clean. The hotel has a nice fragrance as you walk in. The room was spacious and had so many amenities! A full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There were restaurants in walking distance and our destinations were a short drive. The breakfasts were very good. I loved the option of vegetables in a variety of ways each morning. Breakfast had a variety of options and tasted great. Coffee and tea plus all the add-ins were available throughout the day/night, though I just enjoyed iced black coffee. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. That was very important to me and full met and exceeded my expectations. I got the bill afterwards and it was exactly what I was supposed to pay, no surprise fees. We had a wonderful stay in Ohio and a big part of that was because of this hotel. I originally booked a cheaper hotel that was a nightmare and the Hilton was the complete opposite of the other hotel. I should have booked this in the first place. I know exactly what to expect and have never been disappointed at this chain. I arrived to the Hilton practically in tears because I brought my 6 year old to Ohio from Indiana and I could not let him stay in that other hotel; it was a Quality Inn for reference. This hotel was in a safer location, it was clean, and the parking lot had plenty of space and was a short walk to the front door.

If I had to complain about something...I guess the outdoor area didn't have a fire to sit by and in early April, that made it not utilized. But seriously, this is looking for something to complain about.
