My room was the biggest standard double queen room I've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable; very well maintained. The complimentary bathroom toiletries were Dove brand and not generic which I appreciated. The pool was a nice temperature to swim in and front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

My first interaction with the gentleman at the front desk was everything I wanted. He was kind and courteous and asked questions about why we were in town. When we checked out the next morning he remembered our plans and wished us a good trip. I appreciate when people care and take the time to remember and personalize experiences like this. The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfast was good—my kids really loved the pancake maker. We also enjoyed the pool.

The coffee maker in the room was hard to use, might have been user error but you basically had to hold it together on the top to make it complete the brew cycle. The pool could probably use a good cleaning as well. Lots of green on the sides and bottom as well as some buildup around the edges that was brownish.

After booking a terrible hotel and promptly leaving it earlier that evening, we found this location and it was like a beautiful oasis. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was a bit on the good enough side (although it was hot and plentiful and the staff was great). Room was large and comfortable.

Only complaint was the price, as it was quite pricey for what we got. We did book last minute, so perhaps that had something to do with it, but as far as value for the money, it was definitely pretty expensive.

The pool was not able to be used. I understand things happen, but I believe ALL hotels that have pools should send a notification that it is down or should take money off your stay. That's all my daughter wanted to do all weekend, and she felt like she got the run around when asking if it would be open. The staff was super nice about it they just didn't seem to know the answer. Pools are one of the top things families look for when booking.

The hotel was clean, had enough space and beds to sleep my family of 5, and my truck was parked right outside.y window so if the alarm had went off.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't open all hours, there was a piece of metal stuck in the one outlet that I had to tell me kids to not touch after I seen it.

The beds were comfortable and the people were very nice.

The rugs in the room was very very dirty! It needed a deep clean. I wore my flip flops the entire time I was in the room. Turned your feet or socks black, not exaggerating. There was something on the floor by the side door a lot of people came and went that was still there when we left and we stayed for three nights. The pool, which is why we picked the motel, was so cold, my grandkids were freezing when they got out. No more Holiday Inns for us.

The location was absolutely perfect for my weekend in Cincinnati a family trip that required additional housing accommodations! The front desk staff was amazing ( sorry i forgot her name, but she was beautiful, professional and extremely helpful with long braids)from check in to check out! The suite was beautiful and the most important, the bed was so comfortable!

I only wish it had a jacuzzi

Best staff ever!! Loved Dawna, Wendall and the Manager. LOVED that pets are not allowed!! Love the fresh HOT decaf and the breakfast was good. Not great, but good.

Would like to have unsweetened almond milk as a non dairy choice for breakfast. Would have liked to use the outside gathering area. The grill isn’t a “have to”. It’s a nice space, so you can make use of it.

The rooms were very spacious, nicely designed and very comfortable. I was very pleased to have an adjoining room too. The facility in general felt very new, clean and bright.

The location is far from downtown but there were several places to eat within walking distance.

Good location and easy parking

The staff entered my room before check out to start cleaning took my bags to my car and went to stop at the breakfast downstairs realized I needed to go double check we had everything and when we got back to the room they had already been in the room and had the door propped open there was still 1.5hr til checkout time unacceptable!
