Only had breakfast 1 out of the 3 days- it was lacking in choices

Fire alarm went off at 1 am and we had to vacate the premises. Overheard the night manager talking with the fire department—sounds like this is a common occurrence- really disrupted our sleep as we had to get up early- it was a false alarm. Also did not like being charged to park overnight- the area is very residential- gouging the patron for extra money- if it were in an urban or city area with limited parking options I could understand, plus it’s not gated so your car is not any safer from vandalism

The room was nice. Having a kitchen was great. The bed was lovely and cosy. Nice shower and thick towels.

Noisy air con. I asked the person at the desk for a small container of milk for my tea. She told me they had no milk on the premises. I said, surely people used milk on their cereal. She said, no, they didn't have any. Sure enough at breakfast, there was the milk. This is the only hotel I have been to on this trip where I have been refused milk (this was our 15th hotel). Mostly I didn't like that she lied to me.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and the room was perfect for our family. We had plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We used both the beds and the pull out sofa for our family which was very useful and comfortable.

The upstair neighbors were loud late at night, but that was not the hotel's fault. The elevators were a little shaky to ride on and jolted on each floor. Nothing else, the staff was great and very helpful.

Love at the front desk was Amazing at check in. Housekeeping staff excellent as well, so was breakfast and staff! Muffins and waffles were great!

Wish there was a door to entire bathroom. New shower curtain it needed replacing the fabric one kept getting floor wet. Dogs or children running upstairs sounded like thunder all night. Should have separate floors for guests with animals. Ice machine with key card. Hot tub would be great!

Though there is a do not disturb sign that you can hang outside your door indicating that you don't want maid service, don't assume that you will have maid service by not hanging the dnd sign on the door. You must let the front desk know if you want maid service during the day.

It had everything my family needed. A great breakfast, pool, workout facility, a basketball court was a plus, and laundry facility.

The breakfast was exceptional, hot and cold choices how nice!! Easy checkin and out!!

That people were allowed to bring their dogs into the breakfast room, I almost got tripped by a leash, very dangerous and unsanitary.

The room was quiet and spacious . Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast

The hotel is slightly outdated

Front desk staff were not welcoming and a bit indifferent. Breakfast was very good and the staff member there was excellent!

Breakfast was disappointing. Location good. Couch and kitchen chair stained and looked gross and we found the previous patrons half empty bottle of lotion under livingroom chair...GROSS!
