Hotel was nice and clean and a good location for attending the Cincy Open tennis tournament. The staff was friendly and the room was nice, smaller than some of the other places but since we were not in the room often, it was fine for us and a normal room size for most places. Parking was free. The breakfast was good especially for a free breakfast.

Room was a smaller than the one we stayed at the Hyatt Place. Mainly the Hyatt place had a sitting area with a pull out sofa and this room did not. But the price was better here and the room and hotel I think were a little cleaner and more up to date than at the Hyatt Place (at least from a few years ago). I like the location of this one better as it is closer to Summit Park and I walk in the morning.

The room was ready and clean earlier than we expected, so that was a nice bonus. It was also a great size, updated, and perfect for what we needed it for. The front desk customer service was friendly, accommodating, and personable. The employees who ran breakfast also need a raise because they were attentive, patient, and kept things in stock all while keeping the area clean.

The doors that were supposed to stay locked without having a room key (the doors on the side that led to the parking lots, pool, and gym) were not locked like they should have been. This was a major concern since our room the the first room after these outside doors. There also were never any towels in the pool area, but they were provided when we asked for them. Not a huge deal since we had a dry adult, but could only imagine the issue it would cause if you didn't realize this until you were already wet.

Location was perfect for the business and personal that I was conducting. The staff was wonderful about anything that was needed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! I have stayed here before and will again.

Breakfast was a little limited, no bagels (it is Cincinnati!!). No butter on many days. Cable on TV in room worked for 1/4 of my stay and never worked again, maintenance person never came as scheduled. not important to my stay but still and unresolved issue. Staff at front desk was very helpful about it.

Clean room and over all facilities. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was a knockout. Check in/ out was smooth and easy. I honestly can't complain about anything at all. The only small downside is the location, but that depends on your needs and willingness to drive. 10/10 stay.

Breakfast was nice and had a good verity of food items. The rooms connected which made communication easy. Rooms were by the elevator and ice machine was very convenient.

One of the two rooms was not ready until 5 pm and the indoor pool was freezing cold. Indoor pool must be heated.

The room and common areas were all clean and comfortable, Spacious room

Breakfast was just ok. The "eggs" had a strange texture and they served smoked sausages rather than breakfast sausage. We arrived a couple of days after a snowstorm and the parking lot was not cleared

Friendly Staff; CLEAN & Fresh everywhere. Several breakfast choices; including Waffles & Fresh Fruit. Very happy with our 2 night stay.

Pillows were fresh but not comfy for us. Personal preference is a firmer pillow.

That when I got there the price that I booked a room for was not the price that I paid when I got to the hotel I don’t like that the price changed And the tub been clean better

Location was great.

When we went to go to bed, one of the beds was wet- sheets and mattress. We did switch rooms. Breakfast was the same every morning- not much variety.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog, and found it great that she was welcomed too! We will definitely book travel at Hampton Inns again.
