We had a great time. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. We didn't get plastic wear from the restaurant and they gave us some. 10/10 stay. I will be back. Everyone was friendly including staff and other guest. A couple of the kids that were with the group forgot their toothbrushes, and they had them free of charge! It's the little things that count. The security told us that it was his job to get us what we needed. Just all around great time. The rooms were under my sister's name, however my name is Shelia. It was worth every minute of our drive. I hope this review will help with you coming. You won't be disappointed!

loved the breakfast and my bed was warm and cozy. The hotel is in the middle of all the stores and was so convenient to get where we needed to go

my only problem with the hotel was that I received an email to upgrade my room for an additional $10. When we got to the hotel they told me that was not a room upgrade but the cost of the breakfast. I told them that the breakfast was already included in the cost of the room but she said it was not. I didn't argue over the $10. but it didn't seem right

The location was perfect. Easy to access the city, as well as the rowing racecourse in Bethel, OH. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Coffee service in the hotel lobby was lacking. Each morning, we went downstairs to get coffee, and each morning, the one thermos of coffee to serve an entire, full hotel building, was empty. Really not a great way to start the day.

Convenient to everything I needed for this trip.

The room we were in was a little dated and some of the furniture and carpet was worn. I do know they are renovating so I understand. The outside of the fridge was dirty but nothing major.

The facility was very nice and clean. The breakfast was the best out of all of the Holiday Inns I have stayed at. The breakfast setting was more personable as well. Buffet, but you had a waitress. The rooms were very clean. I had two. The lounge area was pretty.

The only bad experience is the pool door was locking people in and out.

Staff was very friendly, my room was clean, I only stayed for 1 night because we were visiting our family. But it was a nice quiet stay. Pricing is very fair.

I believe they are working to update the place currently, just needs updating a bit.

The property was EXTREMELY clean. My son loved the pool and didn’t want to leave it even though we had other plans. The staff was top notch. Loved this place so much that I may need to switch brands.

The no lunch was disappointing but there are so many food options around the area that it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The room was nice, and clean. It was conveniently located for stopping on our way through the area. We also enjoyed the water feature. The staff was friendly and we really loved our waitress at the buffet in the morning, she was so sweet!

The only issue we had was there being no fans in the bathroom.

The staff at the front desk was incredible. Very friendly and informative. We had everything we needed in our room. The lobby was BEAUTIFUL. This is our go-to place to stay at when we visit friends in Cincinnati for the weekend!

We give it at 10/10 but if we were forced to find something to improve on - we would have probably brought our own pillows. We each had two pillows but they still didn't quite add up to one that we have at home. We slept great though!

Easy to find room and park and get in multiple doors.

Only thing is they just need to modernize update the room and decor. Deff looks like 90s/early 2000s style hotels even had a phone in the bathroom lol. But it was clean, the ac worked great, & the staff was super nice and friendly. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert & it was perfect being only 20 mins from downtown.
