I have stayed in Days Inn all over the United States. And I have never had to pay $100.00 in case I leave the place dirty or tore up. They said that when I checked out, they would credit my account. They haven't done that yet. We took pictures of the place before we left just to make sure they didn't try to keep my money.

I didn't like that you had to pay $100.00 for cleaning service. They did refund it 2 days later after we checked out. Our family has stayed at Days Inn all over the United States. We have never had to do that. A few months ago, we stayed around Holiday World and never had to pay a cleaning fee.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff was nice as well. The hotel is located in a great area and there are restaurants and stores near this location.

1. Due to the construction on site, the breakfast was lacking (but doable)...which is understandable since there was limited space to work with. Once the construction finishes, you can tell the hotel will look amazing. 2. There were ppl, every night, gathering outside on the steps to smoke and to talk.

Everything was bright and modern in the lobby. Jeff, the night desk clerk, was very friendly and made us feel welcomed right away!

The room lighting was somewhat dim. The beds were small but we managed to make things work out just fine.

The room is clean and the tub and shower. Bed was nice. Breakfast is very good for now additional cost.

I think a coffee pot should be in the rooms. Besides that I have no complaint about Days Inn.

Location was excellent

All issues were cosmetic: Our hotel room door was a little rough looking, hotel room carpet needed replaced, the ice machine was horrible looking, — we didn’t use it.

I like the ease and comfort the rooms and staff are.

I wish they would hurry up with getting their new ice machines in, and until then, they should supply ice to the customers

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. breakfast was a good assortment and prepared well.

the hair dryer didn't work. television signal wasn't the best. were no sheets blankets or pillows for the fold out bed in the room (had to ask for but none available). not a big deal though.

Easy quick check in let me check in an hour early and the front desk was very nice room was huge right out by the pool king suite very happy would be back

Clean room. AC worked well. Location was in a decent area. Affordable. The building is going through renovations so hopefully more improvements are in its future.
