Ms. Dana, who runs the kitchen, is an amazing soul. I could not ask for a friendlier staff and a kinder hospitality here, considering my circumstances. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for booking.com. Who took my money canceled? My reservation and refused to speak to the manager. Because in last week's storm, our phones were fried here at the days inn. Add booking.com, continuously. Called back several times while I kept trying to reach management, it became unsettling and harassing

booking.com needs to be taken offline. There are too many apps, QR codes and everything being so digital. You don't know what's real or a scam. I am now negative near in my checking. Because they took my money, refuse to solve my problem and now are offering a refund.However, it takes up to 2weeks to return

The pool was a nice size. Open until 10p, which was nice as well. We stayed in the zacuzzi room, which was so nice to relax in.

Everytime I have booked using booking.com it has been an easy experience, I prefer to pay in advance so I have everything budgeted. I was charged an extra 100 dollars at the time of arrival to book my room. That 100 was a nonsmoking fee, that was refunded after checkout. But it was not made clear at the time of booking, or at any point prior to me arriving at the hotel. I was not able to check in without paying that additional fee first. That felt shady, and I'm just glad that I had it to pay them. I cannot imagine what we would have done in a strange city if I didn't!!

The cleanliness of the room was great. The hotel smelled good. I never found anything that made me feel like it wasn’t clean enough. The staff was very friendly. There were always fresh towels. We didn’t eat breakfast but that was ok.

The bathroom floor in the pool area looked a little sketchy. Also I would have liked the light in the pool to have been turned on sooner.

Stayed 3 nights during spring break. Check-in was super easy. Building is clean and nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Never had to ask for more towels. Pool is heated and breakfast is good for the price you pay. Location is perfect 10-15 minute drive from everything also restaurants within walking distance from the front door.

The facility was very clean

There are no places to sit outside and seating inside for breakfast was crowded. Lobby was uninviting. Mattress were comfortable but too soft for my liking. Water pressure 1 day completely stopped but came right back on.

I liked the breakfast room and the pool that Days Inn had. The fact that it was in walking distance from so many different places and restaurants was fantastic. I just wish that the Spa that was in the pool room was working while I was there.

The fact that the Spa wasn’t working in the pool room. Other than that there really wasn’t anything else to officially dislike about my stay at Days Inn.

Hotel appears recently renovated. Attractive lobby area with adjacent pool. Cheerful desk clerk. Room very clean. King bed comfortable. Breakfast choices good, clean room, and nice staff. Big Boy restaurant easy to get to for dinner. A little tricky getting back to I-75 North when leaving.

No automatic door into the lobby made it difficult to get in with luggage and with pet.

Check-in process was fast and easy, the room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool area was clean and my daughter had fun, the location was very close to the soccer fields where my daughter was playing in a tournament. The breakfast room had a great variety, with bacon, eggs, pastries and fruit as well as several drink options.

We were not allowed to have food or drinks in the pool area.

The room was very clean. Excellent shower.. Nice towels and Chris at the front desk was very helpful. Great coffee in the lobby.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, great hot water shower. Loved the pool and temp was perfect.

The diffuser caused my throat to constrict and I desperately needed water.
