Location of hotel was very convenient for our trip from southeast Michigan to Nashville (stayed on our return). Room was as expected, though a little worn looking compared with other Hampton Inn facilities we've used in the past year or two. Having hot breakfast was much appreciated though the offerings weren't quite as varied as we've seen (eg, only turkey sausage as a meat). Still, property was what we expected and we were comfortable enough.

Pillows all seemed to be too soft/squishy. We prefer a firmer (maybe foam?) pillow.

Location is perfect. Right off the highway and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. Beds were super comfortable. Facilities up to date. Super friendly staff at check in and check out. Breakfast bar was so nice! So many choices and not over crowded at all.

The bathroom shower was not very clean. There was a huge stain on the side of the bed skirt.

This was, without exaggeration, the BEST experience we have ever had staying at a Hampton! Rooms were clean, location was perfect, price was decent, food was good, and front staff member Cassandra delivered unparalleled hospitality!! The only possible suggestion I could give is an additional wafflemaker during complimentary breakfast! Those waffles were a huge hit!!

Location Cleanliness Quiet and comfortable

The reception clerk at check-in was unfriendly and borderline rude. We’ve stayed here previously and were treated respectfully so it was quite surprising to be greeted by staff who seemed bothered by our presence. The breakfast staff and reception staff during check-out however were helpful and friendly.

The desk clerks were very friendly and offered us a bottle of water because I started to purchase one from the cooler. The check in and check out process was efficient and pleasant. Our room was updated, clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately, our view at the time of our stay was of construction near the front of the hotel. I am not sure what they are doing but it didn't bother our pleasant stay inside. This was no fault of the business.

Stayed here before, it's nicely appointed, albeit remains in a construction zone. It's removed from the main traffic area, so quiet, and very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. This was a quick visit, but everything seemed in order when I left at 7AM.

The property in front remains under construction, so it does not make a great impression.

I think her name was Theresa at the front desk.. we checked in about 7:00pm. She was ABSOLUTLEY the best! We will definitely be back because of her!

There was a container of ranch in the fridge, and the pool was very questionable.

I love Hampton Inns. They are clean, the beds are good, they are attractive both in the room and outside the facility. The people working there are very nice. And the bedding and towels are nice quality. The price is reasonable even though costs have gone up recently. I especially liked that there was a fan in the bathroom.. We stayed a lot of places recently where there wasn't one

Not the fault of the inn, but there was a lot of construction on a building in front of the Hampton, so getting to the Inn and the parking lot was not easy. There were a lot of potholes. This was the reason I rated it an eight instead of a 10. But this could not be helped by the Hampton Inn.

I like that they let pets stay , have a place for them to go to the bathroom ..n I forgot the poop bag they had one there .... Breakfast was good n staff was very friendly

The bed wasn't very comfortable..lumpy

It was close to family members and and every one was very nice. I had difficulty in getting on the internet and the attended came to my room and was able to get me on a secured site.

No hot tub and the pillows was too flat.
