The property is super clean. The check in was smooth & the clerk was incredibly pleasant. Check in was just as easy and the clerk was amazing!

The only negative I have is the room was hot. The air said 66 but I was uncomfortable all night.

At 11:15 a very loud noise started outside the Holiday Inn next store which my room faced. I called the front desk to ask what was going on and the overnight clerk went over there and found out it was a cleaning service doing their lobby carpeting. She called me back and informed me they would be finishing around 1:00am. I appreciated that service. Did not appreciate Holiday Inn.

It was in Eastgate and there was a ton nearby including shopping and places to eat. Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent and so sweet and helpful.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator wasn't on. We weren't sure if it didn't work or it wasn't plugged in. We didn't contact the hotel to report the issue but we were sure that they would have fixed it if we did.

The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We felt welcome. Breakfast was a treat with hot options and many other choices. The bed was comfortable as was the chair for reading. We were close to our family and shopping options. Thanks for a great stay.

Location was great. Staff friendly and helpful . The breakfast area was clean and all the food was delicious. Everything was well stocked.

The location is very convenient to seeing my family. The rooms are always nice and the continental breakfast.

The bed was a little firmer than what I remember from last time. So I didn’t sleep real well.

Clean and comfortable room and the Alice and Co shampoo, conditioner and body wash was lovely! The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly.

The rooms were very clean and the staff so friendly. I would book again here next time I'm in Cincinnatti.
