The facility was very nice & accommodating to our basic needs. We didn't need to request anything. The suite was large & worked perfectly for our needs. The mattresses were not comfortable but I guess that's why we got a good price. Other than the mattress, I wished we were staying longer.

The mattresses were uncomfortable. I actually expected, based on everything else being so very nice, that the mattress comfort would have been a no-brainer. Also a used bar of soap was left in the shower from a previous customer. We don't use the provided personal products but the shower body wash bottle wasn't opened. I wanted to smell what the scent was like but the pump would not open.

The front desk staff on arrival. The cleanliness and freshness of all locations of hotel. Staff that were present and on hand to assist.

Not so much a don't like, just a missed opportunity.....if only a bar / restaurant on site. Local establishments okay and close but just not the same as being able to stay in one place some of the time.

We have stayed here twice and will stay here again if needed! Great location! Amenities galore! Clean beyond belief! Amazing staff!!!!! The young man working Sunday evening 6/29 should be given a bonus for being attentive and so kind!

Absolutely nothing! Best ever in lol of our travels and that is why we are repeat!

Clean, friendly front desk staff, close to kings island, beds were comfy, the room was huge, bathroom was amazing. Nothing bad to say. Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. I loved the gym! Will stay here again next year when we come back to Kings island

This hotel has a location with amazing views of the city and the ballpark. Rooms are modern and spacious.

At over $400 per night, it simply wasn’t with the price. Breakfast was a bit grim with old fruit and unappealing hot items.

Excellent property and location. Very clean. Great breakfast and staff. Had a suite. Perfect amount of room.

Everything was exceptional! Quiet, clean, spacious, great room set up, Great breakfast and plenty of room in the lobby. Loved everything about our stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again! : )
