It was recently built so everything was still brand new room was spacious and everything was kept well cleaned

While checking in I was not informed there would be a 48$ hold placed on my card just told it needed to be on file for accidentals. Which is totally fine but something I feel should have been disclosed before I handed over my card. Also check out time on this app is different that what is posted at the hotel (check out is really at 11am not noon) thankfully I checked and was able to check out in time.

It was clean and looks new . The lady up front she was very nice and even wrote my baby name on the board because it was his 5th birthday so when he walked in he would see it and I thought that was so nice . And the next day she even asked my son did you enjoy your day which was also very sweet. This lady went above and beyond I wish I would have gotten her name but she was a sweetheart.

The location, facility, and room were very nice and clean. The streaming option on the television to link into my accounts without worrying about logging out was wonderful.

The breakfast experience was not good, being out of lots of things, including spray for the waffle makers, but I got the feeling it usually is, but they were not prepped for a rush during the 9 to 10 am time frame on 12/31.

The physical condition of this location is superb. It was clean, well staffed, and well maintained. This hotel exceeded our expectations with regards to physical condition in addition to its knowledgeable and courteous staff.

The location is perfect for King's Island. I also really enjoyed the rooms and their style. The property really felt fresh and new, and it was a great price for the location and privacy.

Close to kings island and very clean

Very little lighting in the room. No outlet by mirror for blow dryer outside bathroom. TV was outside the bedroom area so you couldn't watch TV in bed

The hotel was very clean. The front desk was very helpful!

My door to my room would stick and it was very loud when you opened it.
