Although this Hotel did not have any complimentary breakfast, it did put out some apples and bananas. The place itself was uber cool, not your run of the mill Hotel. The decorations, from the lobby & the rooms,was completely different than most hotels. It had a Pool Table in the lobby area, a small bar,& a cute lounge.The decorations in the rooms, from the wallpaper to the mini fridge (w/complimentary water).The Ladies in Reception were friendly & thanked you for coming. If travelling with teens, keep in mind there is no Privacy door into the shower area.Several Restauants nearby in a safe area. We will be back!

There was no Privacy Door in the Shower area, and as the Shower had Modern Glass Doors, this may be a problem if travelling with teens.

Aloft always has awesome spots to hang out, get work done, eat- whatever you need. Also love the way their rooms are set up, great use of space! Little touches like the sweet little Marshall amp style Bluetooth speakers in the room make it a fun ritual for our fam. Bedding is always extremely comfy.

The pool at this particular property is pretty tiny, though that probably isn’t a big deal for most people. We found a big pool nearby, no big deal.

The property was lovely, close to where we needed to go and felt very minimal and clean. It also had a lot of space and was pet friendly. There was no extra pet fee, just a pet form to sign that if any damages found you would pay if something happened.

The pillows were terrible, they were so plush that they flattened right out as soon as you laid your head down. We had to use like 3 per person and it still was uncomfortable. There was also only one trash can for all three parts of the room which was kind of annoying. (Non in bathroom or bedroom area.)

We had an easy check in and our room was ready earlier, hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the layout of the room, was easy to get extra towels and items for the room. We opted out of cleaning since we were only there 2 nights but I would definitely stay here again. Location was great for shopping, meals, to our destination (Spooky Nook Sports Complex). Staff was very polite and helpful.

Very clean from the inside out! Staff were great, people staying at the hotel were great.

The only thing I was not a fan of is the amount of noise you can hear at night, we heard everything from people coming in and out to what people were doing in their rooms and what not.

Door on toilet area is a loose sliding door. If you plan on being in the room with others the bathroom duties echo throughout the room. Not very private and thought out well by the architects.

The rooms have a bright, modern vibe, and ours was spotlessly clean.

I don’t much like the level of privacy afforded with regard to the bathroom and shower. I personally prefer a greater degree of separation of bath and sleeping areas.

Room was great.

It was very difficult to change my reservation when I accidently booked for the wrong night. I applaude the gentlemen at the desk who worked until he solved it for me.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Lobby has a good vibe.

Lighting in the room was a little dim for me. Open floor plan is unusual; shower is not in an enclosed, separate room.

The modern decor was refreshing. The bed was comfortable. Lovely area to walk easily to many restaurants and park at the fountain and Mulhauser. The fruit bowl in the lobby provided a healthy snack.

The seating in the room was stylish but not very comfy. I did like the fact that it was setup to easily eat or work.
