Pool open till 11p

Getting charged for smoking in the room which we did not do but we did throw away a cigarette box that had a half a butt left in from smoking outside on the pool deck so they just assumed we smoked in the room that's the evidence they used to charge me a $250 extra charge even though I call and told them about the cigarette pack in the trash

Got an upgrade on the room when my requests were not followed through with position of the room close to elevator.

Breakfast was not good. Items were warm and not hot. No hot water for tea. For $15.00 i expected more hot food choices. Only one cup in room for hot drinks. No tea bags. No stirrers.

beds were comfortable. Convenient to the amusement park. clean.

was expecting free breakfast. did not realize only children were free until after we ate and were presented a bill for $15 per person. Was not worth $15. Went out for breakfast the next morning. bathroom sink had slow draining water.

It was very clean, and organized! Everyone there was so kind and willing to help us with our key malfunctions. Breakfast was also great! We had everything we needed and were excited to come back to the hotel after a long day!

The keys kept malfunctioning, but it didn't stunt anything about our trip!

How easy it was to check in. It also has a restaurant on site that stays open until 10pm on Saturdays. It has a buffet style breakfast.

Well, not too much. There was a soccor team making a lot of noise in the entrance and ground floor. Asked to make sure I was not on the same floor, and was informed there would not be any noise on our floor, and there was a 10pm quiet time. I was relieved.

The phone kept ringing randomly all throughout the night during our stay. There was no one on the other end and so I took the phone off the receiver for my entire stay. No explanation provided and so odd.

The bed/bedding was top notch. Very comfortable. The building quality was also very nice.

I didn’t like that there was trash left under our bed. We checked in about 3AM and couldn’t do a good walk through, but it was very noticeable when we woke up laying from the bed I could see it. Also they could dust more, especially higher and clean the showers more thoughtfully.

Very clean breakfast was very good a lot of options, staff very nice they have improved over the years we come every year.

The pillows need to be changed very small and not enough on the bed I had to ask for 2 more just to be comfortable. The pillows are cheap.

Loved the comfort of the bed. Also, loved the shelves in the shower and that the towels were easily accessible.

Wish the shower head was a pull down kind - easier for women to rinse hair. A little costly hotel and no free breakfast offered.

The property was in a great location. It was well lit with great staff. Access to the fitness center and pool was as easy and check out was quick and efficient.

I didn’t like that the bathtub and toilet was not properly cleaned in my room. You could visibly see residue marks and hair still left from a previous traveler. Due to me needing a room at the last minute, I sleepy deep cleaned and sanitized them myself.
