I thought the decor was classy and definitely in style. All the amenities that I needed were there. I would definitely say "boutique hotel" were the right words to call it! The room was clean, quiet, smelled great, and temperature was just right. I also appreciated all the apps on the TV that were available. The little town it is in was cute and everything was close by.

There were only two things I had a problem with. I really felt I needed a lock on the inside of the door. Especially as a single woman I don't know who has access to the codes. It would have made me feel safer even if it was just a hook and eye. The other thing was walking from the parking to get to the secured floor with sketchy. So much so I went to Walmart and bought some mace. I also stayed on the phone with somebody until I was on my floor. I probably wouldn't even thought twice about it if I was with someone. But when I came back from Miami for Mom's weekend at night I was nervous. Especially walking from the back parking lot. I'm sure the area is safe but these days you have to be cautious.

I thought the location was cool and the process of getting into the hotel and room was neat.

The smell was a bit sour in the hallway but did not smell in the room. The comforter for the bed was a queen comforter on a king bed so that to be covered by the comforter if my wife had been with me, we would have had to spoon all nite long. If you sleep toward the edge of the bed you aren't covered. Also, the shower curtain needed to be hung a little farther back into the shower so when wet it doesn't drip on the bathroom floor but into the shower.

The vibe in there is so cute I deff will be back again.

the AC in the first room went out so I did have to move but once I got to the other one it was nice. it was kind of hard to find but once I called I found it . Also my last night the out door wouldn't open so I was kind of trapped in there.

Check-in was easy to follow and go through.

There is no microwave to use and the sofa bed was stylish but not as comfortable as pull out types. The rooms were not able to moderate temperature with the in-room thermostat.

Perfectly located in the historic downtown area, just a short walk to great restaurants, wine bars, small brew pubs and a booming arts scene. The rooms are quiet and clean and well maintained if you are staying for a longer period. Great value.

The entrance. This is the first impression of what’s to come. Though a shared space in the building, someone should mop and clean the entrance way, as well as the elevator. The floor of the elevator was actually sticky.

I had trouble locating the main entrance to the building and parking. The entrance is located on the side of the building.

Loved the room decor ! Beds and pillows very comfortable. Loved the proximity to restaurants and stores. Have stayed here twice when I am in town. Love the boho feel

After I had already paid and confirmed my stay, they informed me the day I was traveling there would be a refundable $199 deposit. They ended up making an exception that I didn't have to pay it, but I thought it was interesting to request a deposit at that point.
