The hot water got really hot. It almost burned me.

One staff member was a jerk, he would talk over me & didn't want to hear what I was saying. The automated audit screwed up my checking account because of staff incompetence.

Asked management on the second day what could be done about the adults and children that are running around outside the rooms until 2am after the first night. He had a disgusted look on his face and says he's had the issue before and the "residents" were warned that if it kept going, the police would be called. The noise on the second night was better, but still had children screaming outside our door after midnight. We looked for another hotel after the first night, but moving would have cost us another $200, so we stayed.

There were black stains on the shower curtain, smoke detector was torn off the wall by someone, and the tv didn’t have an hdmi port.

We left our 2 suitcases in the room in error when we left the next morning. After reaching our next destination 6 1/2 hours later, we realized we left our suitcases and after several calls to make arrangements to pick them up on our way back through for a $50.00 fee to hold them for us, we returned to spend the night there on our way back and our suitcases were thrown out and the manager and his employee stated that no arrangements had been made. We cancelled our reservation for that night and we were billed for the room. We are currently working with booking.com, and Choice Hotels International to resolve the situation and make us whole again. Very disappointed over how we were treated.

we got our room and when we walked into it there was no power and there what looked like to be bags and luggage piled up on the bed on the couch. we got us another room the tv didn’t work the dresser was filthy and broken.
