It was the absolute cleanest hotel with the friendliest front desk crew! I tried to check in a little earlier and it wasn't quite ready ( which was no biggie) however, the older gentleman working the desk... forgot his name, jumped right into the interaction to see if he could make changes to quickly get us in. He did and was super quick and efficient doing so. We were here for my son's WGI World's Championship for band, and the location was only 5 minutes from where they were staying. There was so much to do and see in the area! We truly enjoyed the beautiful, quiet, hotel and the hospitality. The breakfast was delicious also. Thank you...We will definitely be back next year!

It was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent. The hot food was hot & fresh and the cold food was cold & fresh. It was constantly being maintained, there was variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was friendly and very prompt with our needs. Thank you to all who work there.

Check in experience was exceptional. Super friendly staff, very genuine and personable. The hotel is clean and modern. The suite is spacious and well appointed. Breakfast has more options, including healthy options, than most hotel chains. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and easy highway access. Great experience.

Placement of the tv in the room was odd. There was coffee to brew in the room, but no creamer or sugars.

I requested a room FAR from the elevator. I went up and the room he gave was right beside elevator!!! First room! After I went back down the reception did move me. But didn’t apologize for wasting my time or having me lug my luggage up and down for no reason. Small issue but big inconvenience after a 7 hr journey.

Very clean, esthetically pleasing & the room was in pristine condition!

No ice machines. The freezer has an ice maker, but you have to turn it on & wait. Obviously it’s not a deal breaker, was just inconvenient at the time.

Almost everyone working at this hotel seemed genuinely happy to be doing so. That makes me feel good about staying there and that the management must be doing something right. The breakfast was great. They had signs up saying not everything was available due to supply issues, but I had no complaints. Happy hour snacks on some evenings was also a nice touch. And the fitness room was pretty decent. Also, a good place to get some work done with a comfortable desk and real office chair.

The pool area did not seem very clean. and the pool itself also looked kinda cloudy/dirty. I swam in it, but didn't feel like it was very sanitary.

The room was super clean. Very rarely, Can I go anywhere and stay and not have to put socks or slippers on my feet because the floors are usually filthy, but these were super clean and I was very comfortable walking around barefoot. I was very pleased with this hotel, and will definitely stay again if I’m ever in that area.

The room was ready upon arrival. The room was clean and the amenities are nice. I especially like the pool.

It would be great if they didn't allow pets in certain rooms or better yet, floors without pets.

The staff was all super friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was so spacious and nice. Breakfast was really good. We got there on a Wednesday and were able to enjoy their happy hour, which was fantastic considering we had been traveling all day and were so hungry.

Breakfast was great but I do wish they offered plain egg option only because our baby didn’t care for the peppers in the eggs and it was a pain to pick out. Oh and we missed the turn on the ice machine in fridge memo so we didn’t have ice but no big deal! Nothing that would keep us from staying again!

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! I can’t rate it high enough. The location was great, the property is exceptionally clean, the staff were pleasant and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!!
