Great stay very friendly staff the room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for the comedy show that we came to see. I had a great time. I would definitely stay there again. The bed was very comfortable and I always enjoy Holiday Inn quality breakfast was outstanding the girl, who was taking care of the breakfast was very thoughtful and a joy to be around would definitely recommend friends and family

I like the properties location of everything and it was near my nieces house not far from where the funeral all the stores for shopping the shower hot water was beautiful food the staff in the morning breakfast are beautiful people very nice helpful very very accommodating always trying to help and was always apologizing. If something was not there I’ll give them a 100 because they were just perfect people there that day!!! Thank you for that !!!! 🏆🤩

 I did not like the low toilets they are too low to the ground. The beds are very hard. The mattresses are worn out really bad especially the ones that are near the televisions. They need to be replaced because I did not rest and I was not happy about that part I could not rest on that hard because it was like mattress and cut it in concrete And please they need to have higher sitting toilets, but everything else was nice but that’s the main thing. The showers was beautiful but the beds the toilet was terrible and it made me want my money back because I did not expect not to be able to rest, because the bed was so hard.

I was under the impression that the shuttle would have been running to Fraze Pavilion Wednesday evening Aug. 13th. There was a concert there and it was a sold out show.

The room size. The bed was absolutely comfy!! The staff was very polite and helpful. And the breakfast was delish!! ;)

Nothing. It was a perfect location and we enjoyed it a lot.

The staff was exceptional from check in to check out... Breakfast selections were wonderful and attended to.... Cleaning staff did an amazing job and they, too, were friendly. Loved that the room was located close to ice/beverages and that the water pressure was very good and that the air conditioner worked so well!!

Rooms were quiet and have a comfortable bed. Most of all was the chef for breakfast in the morning. She is a good spirit and we enjoyed her conversation very much.

The swimming pool a bit to warm. Couldn't cool off from the hot tub because the swim pool wasn't cool.

I have never had a problem connecting to Wifi until now. one of the Tv in the room did not work the whole stay and no compensation was offered.

Super clean, modern, cute!

There was one rude staff member. She was a smart, Alec, spoke so fast that you couldn’t understand them and wasn’t very personable. Made us feel dumb. But everyone else was fantastic!

The bed was super comfortable!! There are reading lights on the sides of the beds which is very convenient. The staff was super friendly and it was very clean!
