It was very clean i worked at a hotel so i know.

Pool was so cold we couldnt swim and that was the whole reason we went there. Clean pool towels should be labled there was one cheap laundry basket no dirty pool basket and there was a covereed floor cleaning machine right next to pool. i would not have been able to watch my daughter swim. Maintenience needed to recock shower because it had mold in the cocking. Very hard to navigate where u r supposed to go to get breakfast so we didnt. Front desk and other staff were better than at my hotel so i wont go there.

I thought the breakfast was very good. There seemed to be enough tables for everyone to sit down. while eating. The room was much bigger than I expected. It was nice to be able to regulate the temperature of the a/c in my room.

The only problem I had was operating the electric blinds. I could not get the blinds to operate consistently. I did not figure out what buttons needed to be pressed. The double faucet for the tub and shower was also a bit confusing.

The room was clean and comfortable.

I did not get the room I paid for. There was supposed to be a pull out sofa in the room, but it was just 2 queen beds. The staff refused to make good on their mistake. The night clerk said no other room was available on arrival, and the general manager refused to discount the price differential the next day. Common areas needed cleaning more often than not. Elevators had stuff spilled on floors. Hallways were in need of vacuuming.

And I enjoyed the breakfast and the sap was very friendly.

I wasn't there a whole lot because my mother was ever in the nursing home and she passed on June 1st. I'm confused so we weren't there a lot. But there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of USB and wall socket points next to the bed for charging phones and laptops etc. AC worked well. Good desk layout for working. Check in and out was straight forward. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast option very limited - particularly if you have any dietary preferences or constraints. However worth noting that this lack of dietary options (e.g. plant based milks, vegetarian and vegan options) seemed to be the norm across the wider Dayton area, so this hotel did not stand out as unusual.

When you enter the lobby is spacious, clean and cheerful! You get a good feeling from the get go! The elevators are easy to access, hallways are wide and over all clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. I checked the towels and bedding but found no issues. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave that would be excellent for longer stays. We did not go to the pool but there was evidence it was being enjoyed by others. Breakfast was plenty with a good selection of items.

Wet kids from the pool using the elevator caused slip hazards for others, leaving little puddles behind. All thought I did let the front desk know and they had it cleaned up.

Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the climate control was easy to use and quiet. The breakfast had the usual items, both hot and cold, with sufficient variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The interaction with your booking site mislead us. We expected to receive two queen rooms, and checked in to find what we book with you was not what we thought it to be. They said the discount rate we paid with you was offered because they got to chose our room at check in. Shame on you. I was a first time user, and I'll never use your service again

very good breakfast & the location was good. Needed to get to the airport for a AM flight & they got me there with plenty of time. Driver was very nice & personable.

Could have been more flexible with the times you can take people to the airport. Would have loved for you to give more options of times.

The one staff lady Lisa was ignorant to us . She was not friendly and she caught attitude with us when we told her about the key cards not working and that someone random stranger came to our room at 1 am looked like she was high on drugs!
