What really stood out to me with this hotel compared to many other hotels that I've stayed with over the past several years, was the friendliness of the front desk staff. I have observed at least 4 different staff over the time that I was at the hotel, and every single one of them were very friendly, very social, very accommodating and very helpful. They made me feel like a family member. The location, room amenities, location on Miller Lane, and proximity to the airport was definitely a plus. I definitely believe this place was good value for money.

Nothing major on this end. I know that I had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pans. But I probably could have asked the front desk about this, but I wasn't staying long enough for this to be an issue.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the walking distance to several good restaurants, the clean room and bathroom, and the great price. Would definitely recommend this place and would select this location again

My next door neighbors banging the bed into the wall for about two hours. I wake up at all hours of the night so this is not a case of being woken, more of a case of being so inconsiderate to make all that noise at such an early time of morning, between 0130-0330.

My stay at Wood Spring Suite, Miller Lane, was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in process was efficient, and the amenities were excellent. The only setback I encountered was with the thermostat, which had occasional issues staying on. However, I managed by purchasing a small floor heater, which I still use today. Brenda Gordon! She was very warm, friendly and personable. We are both over 70 and she accommodated our last minute request for a 1st floor room. She is definitely a positive asset to your organization ! I did not realize she is the Executive House Keeper. She has the persona of an Executive Manger. Thank you Brenda, you are amazing!!

Employees, location ,room was spacious and clean.

When I walked into the room I was pleasantly surprised. For the price, I was expecting less than good. However, that wasn't the case, the room was spotless, the staff was professional and accommodating. I love the manager, my first night he mad ethe stay less stressful. One minor issue my first night with another patron but it was handled by staff almost immediately with a phone call.

Nothing bad to say except I wish that utensils and pots and pans were provided free of charge as well as an iron and ironing board in the room. I understand why it isnt provided and it was just a minor inconvenience but it would've been nice. Other than that absolutely satisfied with my stay. I will stay again of needed.

Perfect place for us to stop on our trip home. The check in process was easy and quick. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Thank you.

Nothing. We slept great. Someone's baby cried in the middle of the night getting off of the elevator but that was totally fine. We didn't care. We were tired.

Good value. Didn't make use of kitchette, but it was more than ample had we needed it.

Smokers always hovering around entrances. They don't have any hand towels; need to use bath mats or wash cloths for washing hands and the like. That it was part of the Extended Stay franchises.

The rooms were very clean and all of the staff were very nice and helpful with any questions.

The parking lot was often crowded, but not all their fault due to work being done on the main road and those workers leaving their equipment and trucks there.

Excellent value for the price. Extremely clean. My neighbors were quiet. HVAC was very good. There were kitchen appliances if I had wanted to use them (but pots, plates, utensils had to be purchased).

I felt a little out of place because the majority of guests were there for an extended stay. I was only for overnight. No breakfast, since there was a kitchen (but there were lots of restaurants/fast food nearby). No exercise room/equipment.

Great staff, nice clean room

Rooms nice and clean but main shower head needs replaced. They really need to enforce the handicap parking for people who have handicap placards. Don't care what time of day or night, but make people move their vehicles that purposely park in handicap that doesn't have a handicap placard in their vehicle.
