Location - shopping and restaurants in very close proximity. We were able to work in our room and in the lobby area once we checked out and had to wait until it was time to go to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Delilah, there during the day 4/8, was very nice and helpful in having lunch available for the guests while waiting to see the solar eclipse. This was very thoughtful for hotel managment to approve/provide - an unexpected pleasant suprise.

Did not partake in breakfast; however, we thought it was included with our room cost. Remind staff when they tell guests there is breakfast that it is not complimentary. The pillows were too lumpy. Water pressure low in the shower.

This hotel is very walkable to many good restaurants. It is right off I 75 and I 70. This hotel was very quiet and provided a great night sleep compared to others I have used nearby. Room set up was great too. The setup helped reduce noise. Lots of room, spared fold out comfortable couch (if needed), mini fridge that was actually cold. Clean room. Coffee was delicious.

Bed sheets were a little thin and the comforter was very light. Had to turn up room heat.

Actually we never got our reserved room due to the FACT they do not except pets but booking.com said they do and it's website is not CORRECT and has not been fixed. Not property's fault they have reported it several times so I was told. The girl at the front desk was awesome. But, we were so disappointed.

The rooms

I went down to the front desk on Friday night asking the desk clerk for a pillow for the let out couch, and he said there wasn't any. He didn't even look to see because the room attended, I asked Saturday morning, and she went right in the storage room on the 2nd floor and git me.

Location. Staff was friendly and concerned about the everybody.

One we had to cut are stay short. I notified them so they could rent out the room.. since we prepaid we lost money. Daily cleaning is a must. If the hotels don't offering. Don't put them on your list. That's BS.

Both times I have stayed here, they never disappoint. Staff is excellent, rooms are clean. The older guy that works the morning shift at the bistro is absolutely AMAZING 🤩. The guy that checked us in was very professional yet made you feel at home. I highly recommend this place to any adult.

No pool

For me the location was perfect as it was half way on my 16 hour drive from Wisconsin to Virginia. There is also an Outback steakhouse, and several other restaurants, only a few blocks away which was great to relax after a long day on the road.

Hands down the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The lady that checked me in was so welcoming and kind that I could have been sleeping in a shack and I wouldn’t have cared. The next morning the lady that checked me out was just as nice. I believe that it is the people that make a business good and this staff was superb. I will be back.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Well appointed room.

They were not serving breakfast but we didn't know that when we booked. After check in the desk clerk informed us of a 100$ non refundable deposit (which does not classify as a deposit then) for our pet. They did waive this fee for my husband's service dog but it was not a happy surprise. Dayton was tough on us. We couldn't find food for 3 hours and were treated poorly by nearby businesses so we went without food for 23 hours since they were also not serving breakfast at the hotel and we had not eaten since 7am on the road. We also had a loud Harley bike rider riding in the parking lot for 2 hours between 1 and 3am so sleep was interrupted a lot.

Didn't have breakfast. Went to bar area one evening and we really enjoyed it.

Your pillows are like pancakes! Need at least one firm per bed.
