We had an excellent stay for so many reasons: #1 because of the staff, the front desk people including the manager were so delightful to work with. We had some changes to our reservation and they handled everything with a smile and made us feel as if there was not a problem whatsoever. Just super pleasant to work with. #2 The hotel is also extremely clean, looks brand new. #3 The breakfast was great and very clean, even had delicious oatmeal, not the packets, and then omelettes, bacon, potatoes, waffles with many toppings (we met a family -a Mother who we learned happened to be a surgeon- with her young daughters- who were having fun decorating their waffles); etc. #4 The hours for everything are guest friendly. Breakfast 6 to 10, pool open until 11 pm, and the gym open 24 hours.

Front desk personnel and all staff were helpful and friendly. Room was fine. Pet walking areas were clean and well marked.

One concern would be wet tile floor from pool. It was marked but still could be a hazard to those coming and going thru the hallway. Also weird placement of faucet in corner of sink and soap dispenser was pretty high up on wall to use comfortably.

Location is very convenient for our needs. Front desk staff friendly.

Breakfast was ok-have had better breakfasts in past at same site. Fitted sheets did not stay in place at corners. Although did not require daily housekeeping on several day stay, had to hunt someone down to get clean towels when there was no one at front desk.

We loved our stay with you. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We love to water walk and we spent an hour walking in your pool. The water was the perfect temperature.

We went back to enjoy the pool on Monday night and it was closed!!! We weren't able to swim on Tuesday either. It was one of the main reasons we chose your hotel!! So disappointed!!

we have stayed there a few times..when we stayed the first time the lady at desk was really friendly and helpful.and we decided after that first stay if we were traveling through that area we wanted to stay there again

Very convenient to I-70, quiet- even though parking lot seemed full, spacious room with walk-in shower. Really got a kick out of each room having a unique, entertaining photo outside the door, to help you find your place. No strong cleaning odors.

Bed could have been more comfortable. So-so breakfast of the typical variety.

Great location, close to shopping and dining and the highway. Very convenient to our trip destination.

The breakfast hours should be extended, after all most on vacation may not be up and about before 10:00am.

Very steep pet fee. They salted the front entrance and the roadway, but the entire sidewalk around the facility was coated with ice. The entrance I took to get in and had had a huge slab of ice in front of it.

Friendly staff, clean, good price.

There’s construction on the corner intersection to enter the property with very poor traffic signals making it very difficult and dangerous to turn into the hotel property. Once I finally got to the hotel I didn’t want to leave again due to the congestion and high chance of accidents.

Breakfast bar. Food was not as good as I had expected. Mediocre flavor. Eggs were not good at all. Bacon sat in a pool of grease. Oatmeal was soupy.
