This is a straightforward hotel. The facilities are equal to that. The breakfast, simple and adequate. The coffee likewise. The staff were very friendly, helpful and (for the hours I kept) always available.

The rooms are a little dated and tired but that was in keeping with the hotel rating and the price. A bit of a spring clean might give the place a more positive image. But nothing needed to be changed.

Our visit was absolutely wonderful. Just myself and my fiance stayed overnight while visiting family and I believe this may have been one of my best hotel stays ever!! From reservation online, to check-in and check out, all was fabulous. Quick, clean, clear and quiet...I am handicap and had proper accessibility and that was very much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

I really loved the location. It was next to everything we needed.

The first room we were had some serious maintenance issues. That was it though. They transferred us immediately and the new room was great.

The people that worked there and the people that told me where to go when my vehicle was vandalized the fact that they worked with me on my stay

Clean, close to the highway and restaurants. Pleasant front desk personnel. Comfortable bed.

Dated. Paint chipping from the ceiling. Poor soundproofing. Noisy neighbors upstairs. I did not see any breakfast.

A complaint I have is the toilet is too low, not the “comfort” height. i felt like I was sitting on the floor. Also, I probably could have got one calling the front desk, but at least one blanket should already be a yin the room. Room temperature was great, i didn’t have to use heat or air. But for sleeping a blanket would’ve been nice to have available.

Excellent value. Multiple dining options nearby, within walking distance.

Unlike what you say in your description, it does NOT have an airport shuttle, so it cost me quite a bit more to get an Uber to the airport.

No milk my 1st morning there.

No luggage cart when I checked in nor when I was leaving. Was there all day when I didn't need it. No bathroom countertop with the sink.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

The grounds really needed cleaning up. Lots of litter and garbage around. The breakfast was not great. No healthy choices except Raisin Bran.

The hotel was clean and organized.

I would prefer housekeeping upon request or within a scheduled time frame rather than a knock on the door at a random time. Thermostat batteries needed to be replaced.
